    The study aimed to see patients satisfaction with the quality of health services especially hotel services, including whether the services of a hotel is equally important for all patients, see the strengths and weaknesses of these services, suggestion priorities for improvement and to provide data make recommendatioans for proper planning for these services. The descriptive analysis which consists frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation was used adopting (SPSS), the researcher used Likert scale. The study shows that patient at Shifa hospital dissatisfied entertainment Services, a service not available at all except for the presence of some TVs in some department only ,patient are considered essential entertainment services during they stay in the hospital because it means that the patient had not boredom, Patients asked to determine the number of visitors during the visit and agreed that some violation of the dates of the visit negatively affect patients and impede the doctors and musing.
