Publication Bediuzzaman Said Nursis Approach On Womens Issues In Risale-I Nur(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2019) ;Ishak, M. H. ;Ahmad, N. ;Fadzil, A.Yaacob, A.Bediuzzaman Said Nursi addressed many issues on the Muslim way of life in his famous tafsīr, Risale-I Nur. The discussion and commentaries in this tafsīr, which were written during the 1910s and 1950, are still relevant to many present-day issues. This study aims to seek out his opinions on women’s issues as well as his reasoning behind the commandments of the Qur’ān and Sunnah related to them. This study will focus on the chapters and the sub-chapters in Risale-I Nur and their commentaries on women’s issues and proposed solutions. This qualitative study utilizes the deductive and inductive methods, as all of the selected commentaries will be examined and categorised accordingly to the corresponding issue. The result indicates that there are several women’s issues discussed in Risale-I Nur, as well as Bediuzzaman Said Nursi advices on how to utilize women’s potential appropriately. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Publication Leadership Requirement for Knowledge Transfer via Halal Website(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2019) ;Azizan, N.Ahmad, N.Every leader has their own individual characteristics and way of achieving the goals and objectives for their organisation. This study aims to look into the leadership requirements for in Halal product matters through the knowledge transfers via the halal website. This includes knowing the criteria of Islamic leadership and the relation on how it became the critical success factors (CSFs), the knowledge management and the application of Szulanski’s (2000) intra-organisational knowledge transfers (KT) model. This research has extended the application of Szulanski’s KT model to identify CSFs for internal and external KT in an e-government context. Moreover, the case study was also conducted at one government agency in Australia “AUSED” and one government agency in Malaysia “MASED”. This is to investigate CSFs for KT via government websites. The findings state that management role in the organization is important to implement the objectives of the organization. It also suggests that the productivity of the organization depends to the management of valid knowledge through suitable styles of leadership. The leadership role is important according to MASED staff, in order to encourage usage of the website and to enforce rules and regulations pertaining to its operation. In contrast, the AUSED staff did not raise any CSFs that would relate to the role of management. From this paper, it can be analyzed the significant and relationship between the leadership and the transferring of knowledge. Publication Socio-economic Characteristics of Repeat Visitors from West Asia in Malaysia(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2005) ;Bashir, M. S.Ahmad, N.The main objective of this paper is to analyze the socioeconomic characteristics, traveling and expenditure patterns of repeat visitors h m West Asia in order to capture reasons for repeat visitations. This study conducted survey questionnaire at various locations in Klang Valey based on purposive sampling in mid 2004. The findings showed that West Asia repeat visitors were singles, males of 20-40 age groups, high paid income and well traveled. Age group and occupation were significant factor influencing repeat visitation. The traveling and expenditure patterns are quite similar with the first time visitors. Greater understanding of the repeat visitors profile will help policy-maker formulate cost-effective marketing strategies.
