Publication أثر الأنماط القيادية على الرِّضا الوظيفي بتوسيط المناخ التنظيمي من وجهة نظر العاملين في البنوك الإسلامية في الجمهورية اليمنية(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2023-04) ;أمين صالح راجح المطريAmeen Saleh Rageh AlmatariThis study aimed to examine the direct impact of the independent variable 'the leadership styles' with its four dimensions (democratic, autocratic, liberal, and Islamic) on the dependent variable' job satisfaction'. This study also investigates the impact of the organizational climate as a mediating variable in the relationship between leadership styles and job satisfaction for the Islamic banks' staff in Yemen. The paper executes the descriptive-analytical method to achieve the objectives of this study. A questionnaire consisting of 61 items covering the study variables is designed. Three hundred and twenty-two questionnaires are distributed to the target group, executing the simple random sample, and the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis is two hundred and sixty-seven. The statistical analysis for the social sciences, PSS, and the Partial least squares structural equation modeling, PLS, are utilized to test the study model and its hypotheses. The study's key findings are the absence of a direct impact of leadership styles on job satisfaction. The findings indicate that the leadership styles' positively impact the organizational climate by 40%. In the relationship between leadership styles and job satisfaction by 70%. The findings also reveal that the organizational climate mediates the entire relationship between leadership styles and job satisfaction.
