CRM is one of the successful management and marketing strategies that help companies increase their customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention to build and manage long-term relationships. Hence, the purpose of this research project is to measure the effect of customer relationship management and its effectiveness on consumer behavior. The concerning factors in this project that will influence the behavior of customers are sales, technology, customer services and customer satisfaction. Besides, these factors are the link between CRM and consumer behavior to understand the behavior in the retail industry specifically TESCO Company in Nilai and how they will be influenced by these factors also how it can affect the overall experience for TESCO and its customers. Moreover, when a customer has an enjoyable experience, this service experience will transform into a new service expectation, and so the next experience will be compared to the previous one. Thus, companies should meet the demands and expectations of customers to provide satisfying services and enhance service quality. It is also a solution to the unemployment problem that it impacts the regional development and economic growth and promotes innovation. Malaysian government has carried out various supporting activities to promote entrepreneurial activities in the country. However, the results were less embracing, especially among the young adults. As such, understanding of what influence young adults’ intention towards entrepreneurship is important in the effort of entrepreneurship development. Therefore, this study is conducted to address this gap. The aim of this study is to review the literature in the field of entrepreneurial orientation, to clarify to what extent entrepreneurial orientation influences entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate students in Malaysia. In addition, entrepreneurial orientation is a key ingredient for organizational success and it leads to higher performance. Malaysia today aspires to be a regional hub of higher education where internationalization is believed to be the best empowerment approach to throw the country’s higher education to world class. This research paper aimed to study the various factors influence international student’s intention on progressing their higher education in Malaysia. The total response collected is 200 international students in Malaysia from different level of education with various nationalities. the method of sampling techniques in this research will the non-probability sampling in the form of convenience sampling technique. Technique of regression analysis and Pearson Correlation in SPSS is used to identify the impact and to test the hypothesis. The findings are beneficial to the policy maker whereby the results could become inputs for them in formulating related policies. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication The Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Sustainability, Employee Retention and Innovative Performance in The Malaysian Manufacturing Industry(Asian Scholars Network (ASNet), 2021) ;Ishaq Ibrahim ;Kalsom Ali ;Walid Abdullah Al-SuraihiAl-Hussain Abdullah Al-SuraihiThis study aims to suggest a framework to the Malaysian manufacturing industry helping the companies to overcome the pandemic, importantly passing this crisis with minimum effect on the countries and economies. The most three important indicators of the country’s economy were examined in this study predicted by Pandemic-COVID-19. Thus, quantitative method was employed in this research through collecting online survey from 574 employees in the Malaysian manufacturing industry. The data analyzed via SPSS and AMOS for both descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The findings of this are, Pandemic COVID-19 negatively influencing the sustainability, employee retention and innovative performance of the Malaysian manufacturing industry. In addition, the research recommended future researcher to explore each of the model’s variables for detailed models to be implemented in the different countries and industries. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

There are two significant factors influencing the economy of the country have been predicted by Pandemic-COVID-19 and media. Thus, quantitative method was employed in this research through collecting online survey from 421 employees from different Malaysian industries. The data analyzed via SPSS and AMOS for both descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The findings of this are, Pandemic COVID-19 negatively influencing the sustainability, employee retention in the Malaysian industries. As well as Media is also negatively impacting the sustainability of the Malaysian industries and employee’s retention. In addition, the research recommended future researcher to explore each of the model’s variables for detailed models to be implemented in the different countries and industries. And specify an industry in Malaysia to be examined.
