Aimed at: Measuring the impact of time management and strategic planning on employee performance. Measuring the effect of the mediating variable self-efficacy on employee performance. Measuring the effect of the independent variable on the mediating variable. Finally, measuring the role of the mediating variable in its mediation between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The study population consisted of all (874) officers, technicians, and administrative leaders. The researcher chose a stratified random sample, amounting to (267) individuals. The researcher designed (3) scales, the first: the scale of time management and strategic planning, consisting of (49) phrases distributed in two axes. The employee performance measure consisted of (15) phrases. The self-efficacy scale consists of (10) statements. The statistical methods used: Pearson's correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha, descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis (HMRA). The study findings revealed: there is a significant correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable; It explains 49.8% of the dependent variable. The introduction and employment of modern technology was the most influential on the dependent variable. There is a positive significant correlation between the mediating variable and the dependent variable; It explains 44.5% of the dependent variable. There is a significant correlation between the independent variable and the mediating variable. As the results indicate; The interaction of the mediator variable and the independent variable affected the dependent variable, which confirms the influence of the mediator variable in its mediation of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

This was done by examining the role of self-efficacy as a mediator variable.The study focuses on the significance of utilizing employees' selfefficacy and highlights the importance of measuring the impact of time management and strategic planning on enhancing employee performance. The study specifically examines the role of self-efficacy as a mediator variable in the Ministry of Interior in Abu Dhabi. The study adopts a quantitative analytical approach to analyze the effects of time management and strategic planning. In order to enhance employee performance within the Ministry of Interior in Abu Dhabi, self-efficacy will be used as an intermediate variable. The research adhered to the theory of job performance, since all sub-variables were generated from the dependent variable. The theoretical framework of the study focused on the conceptual framework of time management, strategic planning, and efficiency. The relationship between subjectivity and work performance. The research included a population of 550 workers from the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates. The sample size for the study was 226 employees. The research yielded many findings, one of which is a significant correlation between time management and enhancing employee work performance. The Ministry of Interior's findings suggest that self-efficacy plays a significant role in the link between time management and work effectiveness. The findings demonstrated a significant and direct statistical correlation between strategic planning and job performance within the Ministry of Interior. The findings also showed that the self-efficacy axis fully mediates the association between strategic planning and job performance improvement in the Ministry of Interior. The research suggests the need to broaden the investigation of work performance by exploring other relevant factors, particularly risk management. The research aimed to assess the influence of self-efficacy on the correlation between time management and strategic planning on employee performance. The research also highlighted the significance of examining other governmental departments, particularly the UAE Ministry of Justice and Defense, in order to assess and enhance job performance.
