The study aimed to identify the role of the European-Palestinian partnership in planning and developing the work of the Palestinian police, and the study population consisted of employees working in the police who received training from the European police, numbering approximately (3000) policemen from various governorates of the northern homeland, where the researcher selected a stratified random sample consisting of (430) employees in the police service. Which showed the importance of the European-Palestinian partnership in planning work in the Palestinian police service, especially the development of the performance of workers in the field of planning, and the study showed that the response of managers with modern training is fairly average, and the results also showed the importance of what the Palestinian police elements received from training in various fields of police, human rights and modern technology in cooperation with the European police. The study also showed that the work of the European Police Mission in Palestine is temporary and the European Mission can terminate its work in Palestine at any time, which in turn requires the police to follow policies that contribute to the development of work on their own
