Publication Leadership Styles and Their Impact on Organizational Performance in the Office of the Minister Of State, Governor of Dhofar in the Sultanate of Oman: Organizational Culture as a Mediating Variable(OCERINT International Organization Center of Academic Research, 2023) ;Khalid Ghanim Mohammed Alkathiri ;Mohamed Mihlar Abdul MuthaliffAli Nasser Ali Al-TahitahThis quantitative study aims to discuss the impact of leadership styles on organizational performance in the office of the Minister of State, Governor of Dhofar in the Sultanate of Oman, and the role of organizational culture as a mediating variable. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach and the quantitative approach in data collection. The study population consisted of all workers in the office of the Minister of State in Dhofar Governorate, whose number is (3316) employees. A random sample of (348) employees was chosen, according to krejcie & morgans' (1970) table. A questionnaire was developed, by taking advantage of some literatures. It consisted of (66) statements distributed into (3) domains; the first was to measure leadership styles of (25) statements. Organizational culture of (15) statements. Organizational performance of (26) statements distributed in (4) areas. Analytical methods: descriptive analysis to extract means and deviations, Cronbach alpha coefficient, preliminary data analysis, differentiation validity, multiple linear correlation test, coefficient estimation Quadratic correlation or coefficient of determinations, effect size f (2), structural modeling, direct effect test, and mediator effect test. The results showed that the most frequently used leadership style was the democratic style (3.78), followed by transformational style (3.76), and the least used style was the autocratic style (2.86). Leadership styles affected organizational performance with a high effect size (0.517). It also affected the organizational culture with an effect size of (0.391). Finally, organizational culture acts as a mediating factor in the relationship between leadership styles and organizational performance. With (0.261) = β, and the value of t is greater than (1.69), which is (5.932). - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Kajian ini dilaksanakan dengan metodologi kualitatif dengan temu bual separa struktur. Ia merangkumi pelbagai latar belakang peserta kajian. Ia termasuklah pempengaruh dan tokoh agama, pakar bidang bahasa, pakar bidang tasawuf, pakar kendalian rehabilitasi ekstremisme, wakil Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), pencipta kandungan digital media sosial, produser media digital, menteri terdahulu di Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama dan wakil organisasi bukan kerajaan. Hasil dapatan kajian dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisa tematik. Dapatan kajian yang diperolehi melibatkan pandangan peserta kajian dari pelbagai latar belakang sosial yang menyumbang kepada kepentingan untuk memahami strategi dan manipulasi naratif serta modus operandi kumpulan dan individu ekstremis. Dalam konteks Malaysia, kertas kerja ini mendokong pelaksanaan menangani isu ekstremisme secara pendekatan naratif alternatif agar tidak lah semata-mata bergantung terhadap pendekatan yang reaktif. Langkah ini adalah sebagai inisiatif dan usaha agar ekstremisme dapat ditangani dengan lebih menyeluruh. Dapatan kajian ini adalah berasaskan temu bual mendalam yang dijalankan dengan pelbagai pihak termasuklah pakar anti-ekstremisme, ilmuwan agama, pakar bahasa, pakar tasawuf, wakil Polis Diraja Malaysia, pempengaruh media sosial, pencipta kandungan, menteri terdahulu di Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama dan wakil pertubuhan bukan kerajaan. Penggabungan pelbagai perspektif ini menyumbang kepada kefahaman menyeluruh tentang pendekatan dalam talian atau digital dan secara alternatif dalam menangani ekstremisme di Malaysia. To achieve this, the researcher used the analytical approach. The study population consisted of employees working in the field of public relations and studies in the institutions of Salfit Governorate, their number was (150) employees, the study sample consisted of 50 employees who were randomly selected from the study population after conducting the necessary statistical analysis and applying the study procedures to A questionnaire prepared by the researcher consisting of (20) items, the following results were obtained,The average response for all questionnaire items was (63.9%), which is an average percentage. The results also showed a weak partnership with community institutions and a lack of interest in studies and their orientation towards community service, As for the recommendations that came out of the study, the most important of them is the formation of a committee from the various Palestinian universities to work as a mediator with the institutions of society to determine their needs for projects and studies . within clear job description that follows up studies and conducts surveys and directs researchers toward the real market needs. The Palestinian program and projects encourage student researchers by providing them with financial support while conducting research and studies that serve the community, and by linking field training to a study about the institution in which the student is training. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Abuajwa ;Ali Nasser Ali Al-TahitahMohamed Mihlar Abdul MuthaliffDigital leadership is one of the most critical modern management concepts contributing to the development, improvement, and sustainability of organizations in fulfilling their missions and tasks across different goals and classifications. Its primary aim is to create a suitable environment for introducing technological changes into the work environment, addressing the current technological requirements by employing modern technology to enhance and develop work processes and boost the efficiency of employees. This elevates the efficiency of institutions, especially in a time when the use of technology has become a priority amid rapid changes in the organizational environment. However, this paper sheds light on the concepts of digital leadership and its relationship with change readiness in Palestinian higher education institutions in Gaza. It does so by reviewing relevant literature and conducting a study that involves individuals working in these institutions, specifically those holding supervisory positions from 2020 to 2023. The study employs a simple random sample of participants and utilizes the SPSS software to analyze and test hypotheses. The study adopts a descriptive analytical methodology that aligns with its objectives and nature. The primary data collection tool is a questionnaire used to gather, analyze, and process data to reach the desired results. The current study is expected to reveal a positive impact of digital leadership on change readiness in Palestinian higher education institutions in Gaza, serving as a valuable reference for these institutions. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
