This paper aims to investigate the effect of Strategic planning (finance resource, management skills, Information systems, organization culture and innovation. In addition, to investigate the relationship of sustainability and Entrepreneurship between Strategic planning and organizations performance. Smart PLS were used to investigate the relationship between variables. Moreover, this study confirms that there is a positive impact of strategic planning on the performance of organizations, and there is a positive impact of entrepreneurship and sustainability between strategic planning and the performance of organizations. Furthermore, it was concluded that there is a mediating role for entrepreneurship in the relationship between strategic planning and the performance of the Department of Economic Development. The results of this study benefit the Department of Economic Development, as well as decision makers and policy makers in organizations to improve performance and the ability to plan according to the strategies followed, and that entrepreneurship works to mediate the relationship and thus improve the level of the economy.

Kajian menunjukkan isu berkaitan ekstremisme di Malaysia sering ditangani oleh pihak berkuasa melalui penguatkuasaan undang-undang. Kertas kerja ini membincangkan kepentingan untuk menangani isu ekstremisme melalui pendekatan naratif alternatif mengambil kira platform media digital agar usaha untuk menangani ekstremisme dapat ditangani dengan lebih menyeluruh. Kajian ini dijalankan menggunakan kaedah kualitatif dengan temu bual mendalam yang melibatkan pelbagai latar belakang peserta kajian. Ia termasuklah pakar anti-ekstremisme, tokoh agama, pakar bahasa, pakar tasawuf, wakil Polis Diraja Malaysia, pempengaruh media sosial, pencipta kandungan media sosial, menteri terdahulu di Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama dan wakil pertubuhan bukan kerajaan. Dapatan kajian yang diperoleh melibatkan pelbagai perspektif menyumbang kepada kefahaman yang menyeluruh dalam memahami perspektif dan pendekatan alternatif naratif digital berkaitan usaha untuk menangani ekstremisme di Malaysia. Hasil dapatan kajian dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisa tematik. Tiga tema utama menekankan kepentingan segmentasi audien dalam usaha membangunkan naratif alternatif, pendidikan dan kesedaran untuk memperkasa tindakan masyarakat, penggunaan dan kemahiran teknologi media digital bagi tujuan naratif alternatif serta implementasi nilai-nilai bersama sebagai usaha yang perlu diterapkan dalam pembangunan naratif alternatif digital.

This research paper is part of an extensive study conducted by the researcher on the UAE strategy for artificial intelligence, and its role in changing the mechanism of government services, leading to a complete data analysis by 2031, according to the latest techniques and tools of artificial intelligence and their application in various fields of work efficiently. The problems of smart devices lie in the bubble filter phenomenon, which causes a lack of elasticity, increased systemic fragility, which can have serious and unexpected systemic effects. The paper objectives were; to discuss the decision-making process and the employment of artificial intelligence in the United Arab Emirates. Through the Descriptive Analytical method, the topic was presented in two sections. The discussions showed that the UAE's strategy for artificial intelligence targets several vital sectors in the country, including the transportation sector, by reducing accidents and operational costs. The health sector by reducing the proportion of chronic and dangerous diseases. The space sector conducts accurate experiments and reduces costly errors. Energy sector through utility management and smart consumption. The water sector by conducting accurate analysis and studies to save resources. The technology sector by raising the rate of production and helping in public spending, the education sector by reducing costs and increasing the desire to learn. The environment sector by increasing the proportion of afforestation and planting suitable plants. Traffic Sector Develop preventive mechanisms such as predicting accidents and traffic congestion, and setting more effective traffic policies. With the presence of the infrastructure and knowledge in the successful recruitment of artificial intelligence in the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates.

Banking sector is one of the important sectors that are vital for the economy of any country. Thus, customer satisfaction in this sector is of high importance. One of the most important factors contributing to customer satisfaction is the quality of the service that the customers receive in this sector. In this study, seventy five customers were studied. Those customers were randomly chosen from the customers of the National Commercial Bank in Libya to examine the impact of service quality on their satisfaction. The data was collected through a questionnaire prepared and sent online to the chosen sample. After data was collected, Cronbach Alpha was used to examine the reliability of the data. The data was reliable and Correlations Analysis and Regression Analysis were used to achieve meet the objectives of the study. The results showed that general customer satisfaction with service quality positively affected both their customer satisfaction and their satisfaction with the Bank employees. The results also showed that the ease of use of the service and the privacy of customers while using the service were found positively correlated with customer general satisfaction as well as with their satisfaction with the Bank employees. Thus, the results showed that for the customers to be satisfied, the bank must assure privacy of the customers while using the service and ease of service use. This will make the customers satisfied.

هذه الدراسة تهدف الى تقصي اثر الانماط القيادية ممثلة بالقيادة التحويلية والتبادلية على الاستدامة الاقتصادية في الشركات الكيميائية في سلطنة عمان. تتمثل عينة الدراسة في 285 موظف في الشركات الكيميائية في سلطنة عمان. تم استخدام برنامج SPSS لعمل التحاليل الازمه للبيانات المجمعه. واظهرت الدراسة اثرا هاما ذا دلالة احصائية للأنماط القيادية التحويلية والتبادلية على الاستدامة الاقتصادية. تعزز نتائج هذه الدراسة قدرة القيادة التحويلية والتبادلية على تمكين الشركات من استدامة ربحيتها من خلال التاثير المثالي للقادة، كذلك تعزيز الدافعية الالهامية، مما يعزز الاستدامة الاقتصادية لهذه الشركات.
