The study used a descriptive analytical approach, relying on a questionnaire tool to collect data from primary sources. The study community consisted of university graduates who received training courses in Gaza as part of programs to prepare them for the online freelancing market, with a total estimated number of more than one thousand individuals. A random sample of 126 individuals from the study community was selected, and all questionnaires were retrieved and used for analysis. The study concluded that there is a positive impact of training programs on online freelancing work in creating job opportunities for Palestinian university graduates in Gaza. The results showed a significant positive relationship between managerial skills and obtaining remote job opportunities, with a Pearson correlation coefficient value of (.6900). The results also indicated a significant negative relationship between technical skills and obtaining remote job opportunities, with a Pearson correlation coefficient value of (0.673). Finally, the results also showed a similar relationship between the work environment and obtaining remote job opportunities, with a Pearson correlation coefficient value of 0.522, indicating a strong and significant relationship between them.The study recommended the adoption of an online freelancing model within the Palestinian national strategy to reduce the escalating unemployment rates in Palestine . - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The study applies these factors to freelancing companies and technology incubators operating in Gaza. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing survey and in-depth interviews as data collection methods. The study population includes employees of remote work companies and technology incubators in Gaza, totaling 375 individuals who received and completed the survey to achieve the study's objectives. The researcher relied on a comprehensive survey method to gather data from primary sources. The study yielded several results, with the most significant being the presence of a positive correlation between human capital factors and obtaining freelance opportunities online. The results also demonstrated a statistically significant positive impact of human capital factors on creating freelance opportunities online. The study recommends that governmental authorities in Palestinian territories adopt the freelance work model as an ideal solution to mitigate the unemployment problem.
