Publication أثر الاتصال الاءداري على الأداء الوظيفي : الثقافة التنظيمية كعامل وسيط دراسة حالة بمكتب وزير الدولة ومحافظ ظفار بسلطنة عمان(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2020-11)Fahad Bakhit Suhail MasanThis study aimed to explore the direct impact of administrative communication on organizational culture and functionality in Office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar in Oman , also aimed to find out the indirect impact of administrative communication on functionality through its impact on organizational culture as a factor mediator. To achieve the objectives of the study default model was developed and it expressed the relationship between the variables of the study, as the administrative communication were considered an independent variable affects the organizational culture as a mediator variable, and the functionality as a dependent variable The researcher designed a questionnaire included 60 items, 346 questionnaires have been distributed to collect data from the study sample, a model study and its hypotheses have been tested using a combination of statistical methods, and that via the Statistical Package program for Social Sciences (SPSS), and the (Smart PLS) program. The study found that there is a direct impact of administrative communication on organizational culture and functionality. And there is in indirect effect of administrative communication on functionality through its impact on organizational culture. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication أثر الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في الفاعلية التنظيمية دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من الشركات الصناعية بمحافظة ظفار بسلطنة عمان(Scientific Institute Advanced Training Studies, 2019) ;Fahad Bakhit Suhail MasanSalah Mohamed Zaki IbrahimThe study aims to identify the impact of strategic agility dimensions (planning, organization, efficiency of workers, technology) in organizational effectiveness in a sample of the working area Raysut industrial companies, namely, (Salalah for pasta, Mills Company, Salalah, Octal Petrochemicals Company, Salalah Methanol Company, Raysut Cement) in Dhofar governorate. The study population of the administrative leadership (Executive Director, General Manager, Deputy Director, Head of the Department of) five industrial companies in Dhofar governorate, totaling (118) leader, chose researcher simple random sample composed of 80 leading and distributed questionnaires to all members The study sample and recovered (65) to identify valid for statistical analysis accounted for (85.3%) of the total members of the study population. Among the most prominent results accessible: A correlation relationship is a positive and statistically significant between the elements of the strategic agility and organizational effectiveness. And the existence of a positive correlation and related statistically significant between planning and organizational effectiveness. And the existence of a positive correlation and related statistically significant between regulation and organizational effectiveness. And the existence of a positive correlation and related statistically significant between the efficiency of workers and organizational effectiveness. And the existence of a positive correlation and related statistically significant between technology and organizational effectiveness. One of the main recommendations which were accessible It must be for companies operating in Raysut Industrial Estate ensure the implementation of the strategic plan for agility in all administrative structures as well as the application of organizational effectiveness in order to continue to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. And operating in Raysut Industrial Estate companies to provide data and information to assist in the clarity of vision to the decision makers of the importance of strategic agility in the work environment base and to help take strategic decisions may constitute a change in the results of the future of the surveyed companies and their staff.
