Publication The Reality Of Return On Investment In Training In The Training Centers Affiliated To The Ministry Of Education In The Sultanate Of Oman(RESSJOURNAL, 2019) ;Fatma Hamed Mohammed AlnaimiNouna SammariThe purpose of the research was to identify the reality and feasibility of training in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman through a questionnaire sent to a sample of training centers affiliated to the Ministry of Education, which implements training programs for employees in their various educational departments. The research community may be trainees from various educational departments in the training programs implemented in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman for the year 2017-2018. A random sample of 197 participants in the training programs was selected from different educational departments and the analytical descriptive method was used in the research analysis. The results show that the most important training objectives were to raise the level of performance of employees at work, and that the performance reports prepared by the Direct managers are the most important means of measuring the return on investment from training, and the results of the research show that the most important benefit of investment in training is to increase the knowledge of employees of their duties. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the creation of a clear training policy to be developed by the senior management in the light of the strategies and objectives of the educational units to prepare the annual plans and budgets for training, and the design of the training programs according to the demand-based demand methodology. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication أثر التحفيز على الرضا الوظيفي من خلآل العدالة التنظيمية بالتطبيق على المديريات العامة للتربية والتعليم بسلبنة عمان(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2021-05)Fatma Hamed Mohammed AlnaimiThe study aims to analyze the effects of motivation on achieving job satisfaction, and the extent of effect of organizational justice on the relationship of motivation with job satisfaction as a moderator by applying it to the general directorate of education in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach is used to examine the hypotheses and verify the extent of correlation of such variables among themselves based on the study instrument, the questionnaire. The instrument was designed based on the literature of each variable and was modified to suit the current study. The questionnaire was distributed to a stratified random sample of 381 individuals from the general directorates of education. The hypotheses were measured and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS. The results showed that there is a direct and positive effect of motivation on achieving job satisfaction, as the values of the standard ratings indicated that paying attention to offering moral incentives would contribute by 40% to achieving job satisfaction, and that paying attention to offering material incentives would contribute by 60% to achieving job satisfaction. The study concluded that moral incentives have a positive effect on the dimensions of job satisfaction (leadership style, promotion and development opportunities, and work environment), and that material incentives have a positive and direct effect on the dimensions of job satisfaction (Leadership style, work content, promotion and development opportunities, and work environment). The study also concluded that there are morally significant differences of the effect of organizational justice on the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction in favor of the sample that supports organizational justice in the general directorates in this study. In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented some recommendations including designing an incentive program with clear and scientific standards suitable for the educational work environment, and to assure that the incentive program is activated in the directorates of education objectively and fairly among the staff based on the standards of performance and the efforts invested so that the staff excel through the incentives according to their performance, thus ensuring a higher job satisfaction, performance and a better productivity. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication منهجية فيليبس في قياس لعائد من الاستشمار التدريبي وتطبيقاتها في تقييم التدريب بوزارة التريب بوزارة التربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان(The Scientific Institute for Advanced Training and Studies, 2019) ;Fatma Hamed Mohammed AlnaimiNouna SammariThe objective of this Quantitative research was to identify the measurement of the return of the training investment through an applied study on the training programs implemented in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman. The problem is the belief that; it is useless to evaluate training programs, and the officials fear to show the shortcomings or failures of the training program. To achieve the objectives of the research, researcher used the questionnaire as a key tool for data collection, and the descriptive analytical method for conducting research. The study community is staffed by administrators and employees in the Ministry of Education which approaches (829) employees, the researcher used the Random class sample, distributed (263) questionnaire and retrieved (215) questionnaire, where the recovery rate (81.8%) The Statistical Data Analysis Program (SPSS) was used. The findings revealed that: that the level of interaction of trainees in the training programs implemented was high and the level of trainees' acquisition of skills and knowledge from the training programs implemented was high, and that the level of trainees' application of the skills of the training programs was average, and the results showed that the training programs had an effect on the trainees' environment on average. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: To take into account the design of the training programs according to a scientific methodology, the steps and procedures are studied in all the training stages so that the training programs achieve the desired objectives of the training. The research also recommended giving the workers the opportunity to choose training programs that correspond to their abilities and training needs. The research also recommended preparing the annual training plan for training and following up the impact of training in coordination between the training supervisors and supervisors of the trainees in the field of education according to their specialization.
