Publication Designing Tangible 3D Printed Cathode Ray Oscilloscope in Learning Electronic for Physics in Secondary School(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2021-02-18) ;Muhammad Fadhly Ahlamie Md Nor 'Azam, ;Wafry Khairul Ziad, ;Harika Kaco, ;Mohd Shaiful Sajab, ;Fadzidah Mohd Idris, ;Nor Raihan Zulkefly, ;Siti Munirah MohdNurhidaya Mohamad JanThe future of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education is unsettling and a threat to the current global transition into a new economy. The so-called deficiencies of the abovementioned interdisciplinary education, which have been addressed and reinforced by means of the STEM Education especially for physics. Even though our educators are already in full throttle, physics is yet to be made sufficiently appealing to our students. Therefore, educators may need fun but low cost teaching aid to advocate teaching and learning process. Hence, the main objective of this research was to design object for teaching aid in understanding physics. Therefore, a survey was made among Kolej GENIUS Insan's student to obtain which topics is the most difficult in physics to determine which object to be printed. It was found that Electronic is the most difficult topic and Cathode Ray Oscilloscope (CRO) is the commonly used components in Electronic. Consequently, CRO was designed in 2D sketching. Thereafter, the design was transformed into 3D design using Modern Computer-Aided Design (CAD), which is TinkerCAD. The stereolithography (.STL) file was generated and then converted into G-code through the slicing process using PrusaSlicer software before the printing process carried out by Original Prusa MINI. Ergo, the project is expected to greatly educator-coordinated, student-oriented learning of physics. Designation of this teaching aid was enables students to self-develop into creators and innovators. Hence, the main goal of this study was to enhance the quality the teaching and learning of physics through the Malaysian Blueprint 2013-2025.
