Diversity is becoming an increasingly important problem because of the impact it has on the performance of the workforce. Variety is beneficial to the process of strategic planning since it encourages innovation, creativity, and the development of problem-solving talents. It may also be of use in the process of developing new strategies. Based on this factor, diversity has developed into a topic that is of interest to many parts of society, including the educational area. In addition, the degree of secondary education or the sector it belongs to has a significant impact on the overall development of the country. The outcomes that the workers accomplish are significantly influenced by the manner in which the employees carry out their responsibilities. Therefore, it is worthwhile for us to carry out this study in the formation of a hypothesis test by employing three distinct independent factors, which included gender, age, and educational qualification under the diversity umbrella, and the dependent variable, which is employee performance. This will allow determine whether or not there is a correlation between the three independent factors and employee performance. In order to get the information required for this inquiry, secondary data from the Dahabshiil Bank from Somalia will be used. There is a total of 115 different sets of questionnaires that are now being distributed via the use of a method that is suitable for the purpose of sampling. For the purpose of doing analysis on the information received from the respondents, Google forms are being used. The results of the investigation will be presented with the assistance of tables, charts, and figures.

This study aims at identifying Media Framing of the Palestinian "Israeli" conflict on the websites of Foreign Satellite Channels, which are specified in the BBC, CNN, and RT satellite channels. This is in addition to identifying their degree of interest in the cause of the conflict as well as identifying the key figures, framework of reasons of the conflict. Moreover, the study also aims at identifying the mechanisms of employing media framework and identifying points of agreement and disagreement in addressing the issue of the Palestinian "Israeli" conflict between the websites of the study. The study adopted descriptive approach using the content analysis method, and the method of mutual relations, which using the systematic comparison method. The researcher has used main tools “content Analysis”, which is based on the news frames theory. The researcher also has selected the website of CNN, representing the community of the websites of U.S. channels, and the website of BBC on behalf of the websites of U.K channels, and the website of RT on behalf of the websites of Russia channels. The most important findings of the study: The volume of coverage of the issue of the Palestinian “Israeli” conflict in the websites was very big, especially in RT. The study showed a bias in coverage in favor of the “Israeli” side, as well as a clear highlighting of the Israeli key figures more than the Palestinian key figures, and this shows the weak of the Palestinian presence in this vital cause, therefore, it indicates an insufficient attention to the conflict from the Palestinian point of view. The study showed a slight advantage in favor of the Palestinian sources.

This study aimed to identify the impact of the use of modern media technologies (Moodle, Zoom, virtual classrooms, and Al-Quds Educational Channel) at Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie, and Al-Quds Open University on the quality of university education during the Corona crisis from the point of view of Palestinian students، As a result of the world's exposure to the Corona pandemic, which directly affected the education sector and its quality, the problem of the study arises with several questions from the students' point of view, the most important of which is "What is the impact of the use of modern media technologies on the quality of university education during the Corona crisis،The required data was obtained in order to reach the results through the establishment of the questionnaire as a study tool directed to students in Palestinian universities, and this study relied in its design on the descriptive survey method, as this approach is considered one of the most prominent curricula that enter the field of media research, and was applied to (368) samples of Palestinian students from Palestine Technical University Kadoorie, and Al-Quds Open University،The results were extracted from the statistical program، (SPSS)، One of the most prominent results was that it is possible to use modern media technologies in the educational process through modern media technologies، It was found that there are technical needs that Palestinian students seek to satisfy due to their use of modern information technologies in universities، There is a desire among Palestinian students to use modern media technologies in Palestinian universities،One of the most prominent recommendations of the study is to work on establishing modern educational platforms that suit the needs of students and lecturers at all educational levels، And the adoption of e-learning as a supportive education for face-to-face education in Palestinian universities، A significant contribution of the study is that it came up with a model that illustrates the relationship between the use of modern media technologies in the educational process, its impact on the quality of university education, and revealing the importance of the role of using modern media technologies in facing the information epidemic،

The study aimed to know where do the Gulf Cooperation Council countries stand regarding normalization with "Israel", and their role in the process of settling the Palestinian-"Israeli" conflict, and to determine the repercussions of normalization of relations on the Palestinian cause. To review the historical development of the normalization of "Israeli"-Gulf relations, as well as the decision-making approach to explain the decision-making mechanisms of Gulf decision-making towards the "Israeli occupation" and relations with it, as well as the forward-looking approach to predicting the future of the Palestinian cause, and future scenarios for the Palestinians' dealings with the issue of normalization. The study concluded in its results that some countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council believe that normalization with "Israel" does not harm the Palestinian cause, but rather contributes to bringing the Palestinian-"Israeli" views closer to the establishment of peace between them, and helps the establishment of the Palestinian state, but normalization affected the issue And the interests of the normalizing states became the priority without paying attention to the Palestinian issue, and the "Abraham" agreements established Israel's relations with the Arab countries, helped them ignore the Palestinian issue, and gave "Israel" an entry ticket to the Arab region without paying a price for that or offering any actual solutions to the Palestinian issue. Or actual progress for the Palestinian - "Israeli" peace process. The study recommended escalating practical and effective rejection of normalization within a unified national strategy that integrates the official and popular dimensions, protects the Palestinian issue from liquidation, calls on Gulf governments to cease normalizing their relations with Israel, as normalization constitutes abandonment of the Palestinian cause, and advocates for the issuance of legislation criminalizing Israeli-Gulf (Arab) normalization by the Arab League to pressure countries normalizing their ties with Israel to sever them, and to enact further laws prohibiting normalization individually in each country.

The study aimed to know the reasons for the shortcomings and discrepancies in the role of government digital media towards employing initiatives, events, and developments as one of the types of Emirati soft power, by monitoring the extent to which government digital media adhere to professional standards and content and its uses of advanced applications in media coverage of the country externally while clarifying the role that it played towards Employing soft power and its repercussions in strengthening Emirati international relations, and demonstrating the extent of cooperation and partnerships between government digital media and the Emirates News Agency. The study sheds light on the role of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs in forming partnerships with internal and external digital media in order to enhance Emirati soft power. It also sought to clarify the role that the incubator system for all government digital media should have, how to avoid shortcomings in government digital media in the future, and how to create a digital media that reaches the outside world and affects its people before their governments. The problem of the study was summed up by identifying the reasons for this discrepancy and shortcoming in the UAE government's digital media, despite the multiplicity of initiatives and significant events that represent the soft power of the UAE.The study relied on a qualitative approach through open questions and standardized interviews with a selection of the elite media, political and parliamentary leaders, and ministers familiar with the subject of the study. The study sample consisted of 15 participants who were chosen by the purposive, stratified method on the basis of their leadership qualities and their association with the subject of the study. Thus, the study reached the most important results, namely: Despite the availability of advanced applications for government digital media in the UAE, government digital media did not succeed in the transition with the soft power of the outside world despite the availability of all the requirements for success, due to the lack of a clear strategy and reference for the government digital media despite the multiplicity of the many initiatives, events, and activities of the UAE soft power, Based on these results, the following recommendations were developed: The most important of which is to identify the strengths of the unprecedented initiatives that embody soft power, focus on transferring it to the external recipient, expand the media message in cooperation and coordination with various digital media, and create media content that addresses the minds and hearts of the masses locally and abroad through The use of famous platforms and platforms internally and externally.

This study aims to identify the role of the Palestinian visual media in promoting the concept of national unity from the university students' point of view and to identify the differences in the estimates of Palestinian university students due to the variables (gender, age group, degree, university). The problem of the study lies in the fact that national unity is a fundamental pillar of any nation, and clear evidence of the people’s unity with their leadership, and the visual media actively contribute to raising the national values of society. It also has a significant impact on achieving and strengthening national unity; therefore, the study came to show this role, especially from the point of view of Palestinian university students. The study uses the descriptive analytical approach to meet the study's objectives, and the researcher created a questionnaire with 30 paragraphs to reflect the perspectives of Palestinian university students on the contribution of visual media to the concept of national unity. The study population consists of university students in (Palestine Technical University Kadoorie, Birzeit University, AL -Najah National University). From a sample of 381 male and female students, 367 questionnaires were recollected with a retrieval rate of (96.3%). The study also relied on interviews to collect data, with fifteen interviews conducted with officials in Palestinian satellite channels, academics at Palestinian universities, and specialized media professionals. The study concluded that the sample members' estimates of how much the Palestinian visual media contributed to forming the public's attitude toward national problems were (80.87%). Also, the extent of Palestinian university students’ confidence in the Palestinian visual media’s issues related to national unity came first with a rate of (85%). The association between Palestinian university students' exposure to Palestinian visual media and their awareness of the concept of national unity was estimated at (77.6%). The study also found that there are no statistically significant differences between the average opinions of the study sample members regarding the role of the Palestinian visual media in promoting the concept of national unity from the perspective of university students due to the variables (gender, age group, university, academic degree).
