The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of websites in UAE government institutions in achieving dialogic communication principles with the public through a content analysis study on a sample of government institutions websites in the State of UAE, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the quantitative approach. The study sample reached (237) government entities, with a content analysis form used to monitor and analyze the websites of UAE government institutions. The study reached the following results, the most important of which are: The websites of UAE ministries and government departments apply the principle of "providing useful information" to a high degree. The highest indicator of this principle in practice is "publishing contact information for the institution," which ranked first. The websites also apply the principle of "maintaining website visitors" to a moderate degree. The highest indicator of this principle in practice is "avoiding the use of eye-straining screen colors,, followed by "minimal advertisements and graphics" in second place. Additionally, the results revealed that the websites under study apply the principle of "providing opportunities for interaction and dialogue" to a low degree, with the highest indicator of this principle being "presence of links to the institution’s blogs and social media sites."
