Publication Standards for the Performance of Kindergartens in the Sultanate of Oman in Light of the Movement of Educational Competencies(Global Business and Social Entrepreneurship, 2017) ;Jokha Mohmmed Saleem Al-SawafiAbdul Rahman AsmaThe purpose of the study is to identify the basic educational competencies of kindergarten teachers, and what are the sub-areas of the list of educational competencies required for kindergarten teachers in the Sultanate of Oman. Where the researcher prepared a note card and the formulation of its terms using the literature and sources and previous studies. The card was divided into seven teaching competencies including personal competencies, planning skills, educational performance competencies, classroom management competencies, interaction with children, teaching environment, teaching aids, assessment competencies, the terms of the card as a whole are 66 competencies. In order to verify the veracity of the observation card, it was presented to a group of expertise (15 expertises) with experience in the field of curriculum and teaching methods, the field of psychology and the field of educational supervision in kindergartens to express opinion. Then applied the card to 20 teachers of kindergartens in the Ministry of Education in the governorate of North Sharqia in the Sultanate of Oman, where the coefficient of alpha-krh was measured and the alpha-krh coefficient was for the total distance (0.966), which indicates stability high. The result of Pearson correlation coefficients was for the observation card as a whole (0.983) indicating high stability. At the end of the research, the researcher recommended that teachers, kindergartens and educational supervisors use the observation card to identify the strengths and weaknesses of kindergarten teacher performance. As well as those responsible for the preparation of kindergarten teachers as well as on-the-job training by taking advantage of the observation card for basic educational competencies when evaluating the impact of training of teachers.
