Kapur barus (camphor) merupakan khazanah alam semulajadi yang amat bernilai. Trendpenerbitan penyelidikan berkenaan kapur barus telah dikaji. Kajian ditumpukan kepada pengumpulan dan analisis kandungan terutamanya dalam bidang penyelidikan utama berhubungkapur barus. Merujuk hasil ̳literature review‘, pengkaji mendapati penyelidikan lepas mengenai kapur barus didominasi oleh artikel jurnal (65.6%) dan buku (26.2%). Melihatkan metode analisis yang pernah dilakukan, penyelidikan lepas berkenaan kapur barus kebanyakannya berkisar tentang analisis saintifik (kajian makmal). Bagi kajian sains sahaja, telah terbahagi kepada lima bidang kajian. Fokus aspek perbincangan saintifik terhadap kapur barus meliputi bidang Pharmacology, Bio-Teknologi, Sains Botani, Bio-PerubatandanBio-Kimia. Dinilai dari jumlah penyelidikan, sebanyak 43 jenis bahan melibatkan kajian dari aspek saintifik dibandingkan hanya 3 berasaskan pengajian Islam (Islamic Studies) dan 15 berkaitan sejarah (histories). Namun, penyelidikan mengenai pokok dan sifat kapur barus spesies Asia Tenggara Tenggara (jenis Dryobalanops Camphora Aromatica)amat kurang. Kajian paling banyak berkisar mengenai kapur barus yang hanya terdapat di China dan Jepun (jenis Cinnamomum camphora).Oleh itu, bahan ilmiah berkaitan pokok kapur barus Asia Tenggara, Dryobalanops Camphora Aromaticadari kedua sudut agama, juga perincian saintifikamat terhad. Justeru, usaha lanjutan terhadap kapur barus diharapkan mampu menghasilkan sesuatu bagi manfaat Malaysia.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or widely known as autism means taking oneself away from reality. Autism is categorised under a group of Person with Disabilities (PWD) under the learning disabilities type, based on the criteria set out in the PWD Act 2008. Through inductive and deductive analysis methods, this article aims to analyse the documentation of data in various published or unrelated literature with legal perspectives and Islamic law in discussing autism. This matter is closely related to the issue wherein under Islamic law and jurisprudence, there are still problems that need to be discussed and further elaborated in relation to autism. The results of the study found that there had not been sufficient discussions on autism from legal perspectives. Currently, discussions in the legal aspect are mostly in relation to PWD in general and are not referring specifically to the autistic group who have different attitudes and actions. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Islamic law, autism is categorised as mental illness due to the low level of maturity and involved children who does not reach the level of mumayyiz. Hence, this perspective will definitely affect the carrying out of religious activities as well as their responsibilities towards the same. Therefore, it is hoped that this discussion can open up further views and understanding from Islamic law perspectives, that specific law involving autism should be given higher attention in addressing various issues related to the same. Pomegranates are an antioxidant-rich superfood with alternative and natural medicine resources for the natural health community. From the perspective of ancient medical practice, pomegranate is in a highest ranking of healthy fruits because of its diverse beneficial in curing diseases. Trend research publications pomegranates were studied. The study focused on content analysis, especially in the field of primary research on pomegranate. Referring to the results of 'literature review' on pomegranate, researchers found that the majority of previous research on pomegranate dominated by journal articles by 85.5 percent. Research on the method of analysis conducted in the previous studies found that most studies on pomegranate done on a scientific analysis (laboratory studies). Studies on aspects of science has been divided into seven areas. Focus areas include scientific discussion of pomegranate is pharmaceutical, Food Science, Botany, Bio-Medical, Bio-Chemistry and Microbiology. Only one field of study that focuses on the analysis of Islamic view focusing on Islamic Education. Additional fields of Environmental Education (Flora) are also included by researchers to collect data and find a results on plants that contain pomegranate. Comparative evaluation of research found that a total of 188 kinds of studies involves the study of the scientific aspects compared to only 11 studies based on Islam (Islamic Education) and 10 studies based on environmental education. Thus, the efforts of researchers from Universiti Malaya through grants TRGS (TR001A-2014) entitled 'Safe and Health Uses of Fruits and Herbs Mentioned in Al-Quran and Ahadith: An Analysis of ethnomedicinal Importance in Islamic Products in Malaysia' are very significant in the development of science. Advanced new study of henna is expected to produce benefits to Malaysia as a whole.

The research on herbs that has been purchased within a society nowadays are become crucial to explain their understanding and perception toward herbal remedies, and one of famous product that had been consumed by the consumer are from Zingiberaceae Familia. The study brings out green product from Zingiberacea Familia among 123 respondents in Klang with focusing on primary objective; to assess the consumer’s understanding and effect on the usage toward cosmetic products as well as personal care products from Zingiberaceae Familia. The other objectives are to analyze the perception toward an effect of cosmetics and healthcare products from Zingiberacea familia. Primary data was collected from the survey tabulated within the Klang Valley society, and secondary data was collected from the available literature sources. The core idea of the finding are a world view is also a two-way bridge: an understanding toward the herb’s usage and benefit might have an effect on the consuming behavior of the herbal remedies, and the perception of of the product’s benefit might give a good impression towards consumer usage with the product of the family Zingiberecea. In many developing countries, a large proportion of the population relies on traditional practitioners and their armamentarium of medicinal plants in order to meet healthcare needs. This situation implies that the local culture is very fond of practicing a healthy lifestyle through the consumption of plants as a source of food and the use of herbs as food ingredients and medicinal treatment. In-depth analysis of the Quran and Hadith have founded a large number of herbs mentioned in both texts have existed and grown in Southeast Asia, including Malaysia. To determine the relationship between the benefits and the procedures used in accordance with the religion of Islam and Malay culture in treating women and occupational health, the main aim of this study is to document the knowledge of ethno botanical importance of herbs in the light of Islam. This study will also investigate the herbs in the Holy Quran and Hadith that was mentioned in the Malay manuscript texts name Kitab Tibb written by Haji Ismail bin Haji Mustafa Pontianak. This study will also list the benefits cited by the Malay manuscripts on herbs in the Holy Quran and the Hadith and medicinal uses of them to women and occupational health cure using traditional treatment according to the Malay culture perspectives.

Islamic revelation as the main reference in the exploration of knowledge has created scientific methods and thoughts based on tawḥīd. This can be seen through scientific discoveries by the legacy of Islamic scholars such as Jabir Ibn Hayyan, al-Khawarizmi, al-Bīrūnī, Ibn Sina, Ibn Qayyim, and many others who integrated the revelation and scientific knowledge to solve the problems faced by mankind. The objectives of this paper are to elaborate the benefits, preconditions and needs of the integration of turath and scientific knowledge as a contemporary da’wah initiative. In other words, scientific knowledge is made as a Manhaj Rabbani in the transformation of da’wah based on tawḥīd. The qualitative method is applied to collect information through the analysis of books, journals, and academic publications. The results of the findings show that the integration of turath and scientific knowledge in multidisciplinary research is very beneficial and serves as the contemporary da’wah medium. At the same time, it also gives confidence to the preacher to speak in multidisciplinary subject matters.
