The study aims to identify the underlying factors extracted to measure the practice of participatory leadership and the measure of administrative quality. The study also aims to verify the dimensions of the exercise of participatory leadership as a role in the culture of administrative quality of the variable of administrative quality. It also aims to define the relationship between the dimensions of the participatory leadership practice and the dimensions of administrative control on the one hand and the variables of administrative quality on the other hand. The major objectives of the research is to verify the role of the dimensions of the participatory leadership practice in improving the administrative performance of school principals in the North Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The involve the different analyses of demographic differences in the practice of participatory leadership on the one hand, and on the other hand, the differences of demographic differences involve dimensions of administrative quality according to the academic qualification variable of the research sample. The study sample consisted of 201 principals of post-primary schools whose population is 408 The sample randomized method was chosen. The valid and reliable questionnaire, which consists of 54 items was distributed targeted study sample. The researcher used the multiple linear regression, and multivariate analysis of variance. The study reached a number of results from the existence of a relationship and a moral role between the practice of the dimensions of participatory leadership practice and the culture of management quality. This indicates the strength of the participatory leadership practice and its direct correlation ability in a positive way with administrative quality. The results of the analysis also showed a weak positive direct relationship between the dimensions of participatory leadership practice and management control of managerial quality. The results of the analysis showed a positive and influential relationship between the dimensions of the practice of participatory leadership and improving the performance of administrative quality. Further results showed a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of participatory leadership practice and the demographic variable (qualification) in favor of master's holders, and the results also showed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the administrative quality variable and the academic qualification variable. In light of the results, the researcher put forward some recommendations, including the need to pay attention to participatory leadership in educational institutions, and work to mix it with administrative development. The results further confirmed the existence of a direct relationship between the two variables, and the establishment of activities as well as training programs for the school principals in educational institutions on the importance of practicing participatory leadership and methods of practicing it as well as linking it to administrative.
