Publication Juvenile Delinquents And Dar Al-Islah Guidance Programs In Oman: Analytical Descriptive Study(Usuli Faqih Research Centre PLT, 2019) ;Abdul Hakim Abdullah Salem Al-GhailaniMahmoud Mohamed Ali Mahmud EdrisThis descriptive study discusses the modification of juvenile delinquency behavior in the reformhouses, through therealisticpoint of view, the challenges and the optimal method that is appropriate to the situation of the juvenile. The problem lies in the presence of juvenile delinquents in Dar al-Islah in the Sultanate of Oman. They are flexibles with behaviors that can be modified, and the task remains in how to work to provide them with some good and desirable habits and behaviors, how to provide them with the right methods to acquire and practice these new behaviors. The objectives of the study are: to show how to accept juvenile delinquents in the reformhouse. And discuss the procedures and steps in the rehabilitation of delinquents, to modify any undesirable behavior they have in order to reform and make them desired behavior.The study adopted the analytical descriptive method. The subject was discussed in two subjects: the first is the concept of the juvenile and juvenile delinquent and correctional institutions in the Sultanate of Oman. The second topic focused on Dar Al-Islah programs and the guiding process. The findings revealed that the juvenile delinquent is not a criminal but a sick person who needs treatment and rehabilitation, and should be seen and treated this way. The researcher recommended that the workers in the reform house should not wear uniforms by the service providers, and should improve the way they deal with the Juvenile
