Publication How Analytical Hierarchy Process Prioritizing Internet Banking Influencing Factors? A Research Study(Institute of Advanced Engineering and Science (IAE, 2023) ;Khairi Azhar Aziz ;Salfarina Abdullah ;Marzanah A. Jabar ;Rozi Nor Haizan NoNur Ilyana Ismarau TajuddinInternet banking is a method for conducting financial transactions online that makes use of the internet as a platform. Customers could transact at any time and from any location. Numerous aspects relating to the adoption of internet banking have been analyzed and studied in recent in-depth studies from the literature. This paper will merge these numerous predefined factors into a model by drawing on the various ideas related to the acceptance model. It was decided to adapt the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method for finding the important numerous components for the model. The finest mathematical calculation method is AHP, which enables decision-makers to prioritize their ranking in order to satisfy various criteria. The goal of this research is to rank the elements that influence the use of online banking. Three main factors such as technical information, website and service availability were chosen as the main factors of the model based on the literature review. Sub-factors such as ease of use, responsiveness, privacy, reliability, security, communication and efficiency were also suggested and combined into a single integrated framework. Utilizing the systematic literature review (SLR) methodology, several factors were found. As a result, the article will enhance understanding of the unique elements supporting the adoption of internet banking. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Prototype Evaluation Of E-Knowledge Integration System: A Case Study In Small Medium Enterprises(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2021-09-09) ;Nur Ilyana Ismarau Tajuddin, ;Rusli Abdullah, ;Marzanah A. JabarYusmadi Yah JusohToday, knowledge is the single most important source of advantage in business, and it resides within the individual members of the organization. To harness this knowledge and direct it towards the achievement of organizational goals, knowledge should be integrated in a systematic manner. Social media can be considered as a tool to integrate knowledge effectively which can lead to improve the organization performance. Prototype system provides the validation for the conceptual model. E Knowledge Integration System (EKIS) prototype has been developed as a method for model validation of Knowledge Integration through social media. This article analyzes the prototype evaluation of EKIS in Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) using Rasch model. The findings indicate that the EKIS prototype is appropriate and significant in supporting propose of KI model and were satisfied in system quality, perceived usefulness and the functionalities. The findings for this study can be used as a guideline for SMEs in integrating knowledge through social media. Keywords: Knowledge Integration, Social Media, Prototype, Technology, Organization.
