The adoption of hybrid work is essential owing to its ability to ensure the uninterrupted operation of businesses and showcase flexibility in response to evolving work patterns. The adoption of hybrid work arrangements can provide organizations with a competitive edge in the contemporary workforce. Nonetheless, previous research emphasizes shortcomings in the execution phase of hybrid work which causes digital exhaustion, disinterest, and inconsistent performance by the workforce. Hence, the objective of this paper is to explore the conceptual way in implementing hybrid work, to analyze the impact of hybrid work on employee performance and to explore organizational culture as the moderating variable. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

HamdaniPerkembangan pesat media baharu di Malaysia bermula dengan pengenalan internet, penubuhan Institut Sistem Microelectronics Malaysia atau Malaysian Institute of Microelectronics Systems (MIMOS) dikuti dengan pengenalan Koridoraya Multimedia atau Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) dan Jalur Lebar Berkelajuan Tinggi (the High-Speed Broadband). Kemunculan media baharu pada masa kini dilihat sebagai satu wadah penting untuk berdakwah dalam kalangan rakyat Malaysia. Kebanjiran media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram dan Twitter telah mewujudkan peluang baru dalam kalangan pendakwah disebabkan sifat kepantasannya dalam penyampaian maklumat. Di sebalik peluang yang luas menggunakan medium baharu ini, terdapat juga cabaran dalam penggunaan media baharu dalam konteks da’wah era digital.
