It is a holy book that is always be read, practiced and inherited from time to time. Muslims read the Quran form teacher’s guidance to get and obtain an authentic way of reading. It is common knowledge that the Quran is inherited to every generation by the recitations learning method from the teacher, namely talaqqī (meet) by mushāfaḥah (read mouth to mouth). Unfortunately, the society is still unclear and does not know the concept of al-Taḥammul wa al-Adā’ (receive and practice) in the inheritance of Quran recitation. Al-Taḥammul is a process of receiving and learning knowledge, while al-Adā’ is a process of practicing the knowledge. Thus, this article will discuss the application of al-Taḥammul wa al-Adā’ among qurrā’ (narrators of recitations of Quran) and its importance. Data of the study were collected through library document analysis, while the data analysis method was descriptive. The findings show that there are several importance of the al-Taḥammul wa al-Adā’ application which is to ensure the connection of sanad, avoid tadlīs or deviation of sanad and for record and reference purposes. The implications of this study are important to guide the community to know the knowledge of al-Taḥammul wa al-Adā’ in the inheritance of Quran recitation. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Kaedah Pengajian Al-Quran Secara Maya Sepanjang Tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Covid-19(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2020-10-15) ;Nurul Khadijah Mohamad ;Mohamad Redha Mohamad ;Mohamad Saifullah MohamadShahirah SulaimanAl-Quran merupakan sebuah kitab suci yang sentiasa dibaca oleh umat Islam. Manurut ajaran Islam, al-Quran adalah kalam Allah yang bermukjizat diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad S.A.W dalam Bahasa Arab, melalui perantaraan Malaikat Jibril secara berperingkat selama 23 tahun. Bagi pembaca kitab suci ini, setiap huruf dalam al-Quran akan dikira sebagai ibadah, bermula dari surah al-Fatihah hingga surah an-Nas. Al-Quran merupakan pegangan umat Islam yang kekal sepanjang zaman, dari zaman Nabi Muhammad S.A.W hinggalah kini, zaman penuh dengan era teknologi. Perkembangan dunia pendidikan seiring dengan kepelbagaian medium teknologi zaman kini, termasuklah pendidikan dalam bidang al-Quran. Sebelum arahan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) dikeluarkan, kebanyakan kelas-kelas pengajian al-Quran diadakan di surau, masjid, kelas, dewan kuliah, rumah dan, sebagainya. Rentetan tersebar luasnya virus Covid-19 di Malaysia, arahan PKP telah dikeluarkan oleh pihak kerajaan bagi membendung dan mengawal rantaian Covid-19 ini. Natijahnya, seluruh sekolah, masjid, surau, institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi diarahkan tutup, semua rakyat Malaysia diarahkan bekerja dari rumah dan kaedah pembelajaran secara bersemuka ditukarkan kepada kaedah pembelajaran secara atas talian atau maya. Implikasi PKP kerana pandemik Covid-19 ini juga memberi kesan kepada semua lapisan masyarakat, termasuklah guru-guru al-Quran yang mempunyai kelas pengajian al-Quran secara bersemuka di surau, masjid, sekolah dan rumah, lebih lebih lagi inilah sumber utama pencarian kewangan keluarga mereka. Oleh hal yang demikian, kertas kerja ini menggambarkan tentang pengalaman barisan guru-guru al-Quran yang tetap berusaha melaksanakan kelas pengajian al-Quran sepanjang tempoh PKP dengan menggunakan medium teknologi sebagai medan pembelajaran dan pengajaran. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Periwayatan Imam Ḥasan Al-Baṣrī Dalam Qira’at Shadhah: Analisis Terhadap Surah Al-Waqi‘ah(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2021-10-06) ;Mohamad Redha Mohamad ;Muhammad Zaid Shamshul KamarMujahid Ahmad LutfiSalah satu cabang ilmu al-Quran ialah ilmu qiraat. Pengajiannya popular di negara-negara Arab terutamanya di Mesir. Salah satu ilmu qiraat yang dipelajari adalah qirā’āt shādhah. Artikel ini akan memfokuskan kepada salah seorang imam bagi qirā’āt shādhah iaitu Imam Ḥasan al-Baṣrī. Umum lebih mengenali beliau sebagai seorang tokoh sufi. Oleh kerana kemasyhuran beliau dalam bidang sufi, maka telah menjadikan beliau kurang dikenali sebagai imam bidang qiraat. Oleh yang demikian, artikel ini akan membentangkan berkenaan latar belakang beliau sekaligus menganalisis riwayat bacaan al-Quran beliau terhadap surah al-Wāqi‘ah. Data-data kajian dikumpul menggunakan metode kepustakaan, manakala analisis data pula dilakukan secara deskriptif. Dapatan menunjukkan terdapat bacaan Imam Ḥasan al-Baṣrī yang bertepatan dengan bacaan qirā’āt mutawātirah. Ini bermaksud sebahagian bacaan beliau adalah bersamaan dengan qurrā’ ‘asharah. Setiap pemilihan bacaan yang diriwayatkan ada sebab-sebab yang tersendiri terutamanya dari aspek bahasa. Diharapkan artikel ini memberi manfaat dan sumbangan dalam bidang ilmu al-Quran dan al-Qiraatt sekaligus memperkenalkan Imam Ḥasan al-Baṣrī sebagai salah seorang qurrā’ qirā’āt shādhah. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Sanad Surah Al-fātiḥah: Amalan Pengijazahannya Di Malaysia(KUIS, 2022) ;Mohamad Redha Mohamad ;Norazman Alias ;Muhammad Firdaus Abdul ManafMuhammad Zaid Shamshul KamarThe mainstream Islamic community in Malaysia has already began to be exposed by the practice of sanad talaqqī in the context of quranic studies. Nowadays, many people struggled to obtain the Quranic sanad talaqqī. This system is a tradition that has been emphasized by the qurrā’ and began to spread in Malaysia. It is widely known that the Quran has been inherited to and by every generation through reading method known as talaqqī mushāfaḥah. Among the sanad that are spread in Malaysia are the sanad talaqqī 30 juzu’ and the sanad talaqqī al-Fātiḥah. However, society are still less known and understood about the concept of Quranic sanad talaqqī. Therefore, research needs to be done to introduce to the society the practice of the inheritance of Quranic sanad talaqqī in Malaysia. This study will focus on the graduation practice of sanad talaqqī al-Fātiḥah. Data of the study were collected through library documents and sanad talaqqī al-Fātiḥah certificates, while the data analysis method was descriptive. Findings show that there is activity in the graduation of sanad talaqqī al-Fātiḥah in Malaysia but it is not yet widespread. The criteria found on the sanad certificates were also analyzed as a research finding. The implications of this study are important to guide the society in order to build a proper perception towards the graduation of sanad talaqqī al-Fātiḥah. The society needs to be introduced to the practice of Quranic sanad talaqqī in order to produce many individuals who are able to read the Quran fluently and eloquently.
