Publication Crimes Of Taking And Disseminating Pictures Using Drones In UAE Law(Usuli Faqih Research Centre PLT, 2024) ;Mohamed Rashed Mohamed Binqanzoul AlketbiMuhammad Aunurrochim Mas'ad SalehThis article addressed the issue of criminal liability for crimes of taking and disseminating images using drones in UAE law, to determine the scope of this liability within the framework of UAE criminal legislation and laws. This study seeks to achieve a basic goal, which is to identify criminal liability for the use of drones in UAE Criminal Law. The importance of the study is highlighted in determining criminal liability for the use of drones, as the use of drones has increased significantly in recent years, raising humanitarian, legal and other concerns, and drones were not specifically mentioned in the study Arms treaties or international instruments and treaties. The problem with this study is that the rules of criminal law do not explicitly prohibit the use of drones, nor do they consider them indiscriminate or treacherous in nature, and in this regard they are no different from weapons launched by drones such as helicopters and other combat aircraft, however it is necessary to emphasize The use of drones is subject to criminal laws and legislation, even though aircraft are legal in themselves. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the aim of describing the problem and its legal dimensions and analyzing it in accordance with the rules of the UAE criminal law. The study came to several conclusions, the most important of which is that there are many crimes committed using drones, some of which are committed against people, some of which are committed against money, and some that affect state security such as terrorist attacks. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of issuing a special law to regulate the uses of drones. Drones: This law criminalizes the illegal uses of drones and specifies the legal structure for these uses.
