It is also can be considered as an alternative area to be explored especially in the current situation where the world is affected by the pandemic of COVID-19 globally. It justifies the need to research this topic to leverage its benefits to various perspectives including the asnaf community. Unfortunately, despite its importance, limited studies have been found were conducted on entrepreneurship in asnaf community. Therefore, this research is initiating research on this topic by conducting a systematic literature review of the published works on entrepreneurship among asnaf community to explore the trend of the existing research works. A PRISMA approach is adapted to collect the relevant literature that is scoped only to the Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases. The result obtained from this research found that there are 12 articles in total that have discussed on asnaf zakat entrepreneurship topic. A thorough thematic analysis conducted on the extracted articles has categorized the research into three major themes, namely, the asnaf behaviour and attitude, zakat institution governance, and effectiveness of the entrepreneurial program. Based on the discussion, future research on this topic that can propose a comprehensive zakat entrepreneurship model is required to ensure a better impact of the zakat entrepreneurship programs. Thus, this research can provide a relevant article extracted from SCOPUS and WoS for future reference on this topic. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Justeru, artikel ini membincangkan aspek yang dapat diteladani oleh usahawan asnaf berpandukan perjalanan sirah Nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai peniaga dan pedagang yang berjaya. Zakat is one of the tools used to help disadvantaged and impoverished people meet their basic needs and improve their quality of life. By defining the critical factors, this study aims to investigate a multidimensional model that can be used in development programmes to meet the needs of rural asnaf entrepreneurs. This study uses a simple qualitative research design that includes data collection through library methods and descriptive analysis. The findings from previous studies were analysed to establish the concept and theme of the analysis. Finally, it is discovered that in order to turn an asnaf into a successful entrepreneur, all of the critical factors must be emphasised, especially in rural areas. As a result, a detailed model for the growth of rural asnaf entrepreneurship is proposed. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

In fact, online learning has long been practiced in developed countries which is believed to be able to provide a variety of benefits and advantages.The objective of this study is to identify the challenges faced by converts in Fardhu Ain education in the state of Selangor. In addition, this study was conducted to find out the extent of the performance of students who follow the subject of Akidah and Fiqh online.This study uses a quantitative method by using a questionnaire as an instrument to obtain research information from respondents. A total of 159 respondents were involved in this study which consisted of multi -ethnic convert students in the district of Klang Selangor. A set of questionnaires was distributed to respondents around the age of 15 to 70 years and above. The selection of respondents is based on the characteristics and criteria that have been set according to the requirements of the study. The results of the study were analyzed using SPSS version 26 software to obtain demographic data of respondents and the views of respondents of new relatives study class participants in the Muallaf Education Center in Klang Selangor district by analyzing descriptive data.The results of this study found that the overall acceptance of respondents for the subject of Faith and Fiqh online is at a good level. Students can accept and adapt online teaching methods even if they face difficulties in dealing with new forms of normative education. However, students say face -to -face learning is better than online. In this case due to the limitations of the Covid-19 problem, this online method has been chosen so that the learning and delivery of knowledge to students continues and is not left behind. Students, teachers and the management of muallaf education are ready for online learning in line with the current development of education in the digital era of IR 4.0 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

It involves the nature of love and concern for its citizens. As we all know, the task as a special education teacher does not stop at the school, but they will continue to be a reference for parents of students at all times. Teaching special education with its diverse and unique citizens requires the good cooperation from all parties involved, especially its leaders. A leader who always facilitates his members is able to make tasks easier to complete. This qualitative study aims to explore specific aspects in the self and leadership of special education leaders related to facilitators. Interviews were conducted on 20 randomly selected special education teachers. The findings of the study reveals that, there are five characteristics that make a special education leader act as a facilitator, namely, guiding, mentoring, helping monitoring and giving directions. It is hoped that the findings of this study can provide a basic overview to the next researcher to conduct a further research.
