Data-data yang diperolehi sama ada daripada sumber maya atau konvensional didigitalkan, disusun dan dianalisa menggunaan mesin penyusun dan penganalisa. Data-data tersebut kemudiannya digunakan untuk pelbagai tujuan. Selain menggunakan mesin penyusun dan penganalisa data, penggunaan mesin pembuat keputusan juga dapat membantu menghasilkan output yang lebih baik dan tepat. Dalam bidang hadis, banyak pihak telah membangunkan pelbagai aplikasi digital berkaitan hadis menggunakan teknik yang ringkas mahupun yang lebih kompleks mencakupi kemampuan janaan dan paparan dapatan yang hebat dan penggunaan teknologi berasaskan awan. Tujuannya untuk memudahkan orang ramai mencapai data-data hadis Nabi SAW. Data dalam aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut biasanya dicapai daripada pangkalan data yang telah disiapkan. Namun, tidak banyak aplikasi atau pangkalan data berkaian hadis yang bercirikan maklumat dan paparan yang hebat yang dibina dalam bahasa Melayu. Kebanyakan yang amat bagus hanya terdapat dalam bahasa asing. Ketiadaan ini disebabkan oleh pelbagai faktor, antaranya ketiadaan dana, sumber manusia, kepakaran dan pelbagai lagi. Kertas kerja ini akan cuba membincangkan cabaran yang dihadapi oleh kumpulan i-Status Hadis, USIM dalam membina pangkalan data hadis lengkap untuk tujuan data raya. Kajian kes ini akan cuba mengkaji permasalahan yang mereka hadapi serta melihat solusi kepada penyelesaiannya. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Machine Learning-Based Technique to Detect SQL Injection Attack(Science Publications, 2021) ;Muhammad Amirulluqman Azman ;Mohd Fadzli MarhusinRossilawati SulaimanLack of secure codes implemented in the web apps will lead to cyber-attack because of vulnerabilities. The statistic shows that highest record on the data theft related cyber-attacks are through the SQL injection technique. Hence, an effective SQL injection detection is needed in any web system to combat this threat. In this research, machine learning technique is used where training is provided to the SQL injection detector using a training data and then is evaluated against a testing data. The research relies on the preparation of the training and testing datasets. Training sets are used by the detector to establish the knowledge base and the test set is used to evaluate the performance of the detector. The result of the detection shows that the proposed technique produces high accuracy in recognizing malicious and benign web requests. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Hadis Nabi SAW, sepertimana maklumat lain, turut menjadi item perkongsian dan carian yang banyak dilakukan di platform tersebut. Ianya dilakukan sama ada untuk diketahui atau diamalkan. Di zaman ini juga, ramai yang mulai sedar tentang kepentingan beramal dengan hadis sahih dan keperluan menolak hadis palsu dan hadis dhaif jenis berat lantaran banyak kempen kesedaran yang dilakukan oleh pelbagai pihak. Disebabkan perkembangan tersebut, banyak pihak, terutamanya pengelola laman sesawang atau pembina aplikasi telefon mudah alih cuba memudahkan pengguna untuk mendapatkan status hadis dengan memaparkannya di platform mereka. Pemaparan aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut dilihat mempunyai kepelbagaian dalam gaya dan pendekatan. Meskipun status hadis adalah salah satu komponen kecil dalam maklumat hadis yang mereka sajikan, namun jika diteliti, terdapat pelbagai isu dan masalah di sebalik penyediaannya yang memerlukan kepada perancangan yang sistematik sebelum ianya dapat dipaparkan dengan tepat dan sesuai. Kertas kerja ini mengkaji isu dan masalah yang berkaitan pemaparan status hadis di aplikasi digital hadis. Ia membincangan aspek perancangan serta pendekatan yang bersesuaian untuk digunakan bagi pemaparan status hadis di aplikasi digital hadis. Hal ini agar pemaparan tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pengguna dan tidak menyebabkan disiplin ilmu hadis disalah tanggap. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

This change is observed from the print-based information seeking paradigm to web-based sources seeking. As a result, many parties are giving the creation of digital information priority over conventional information. In the field of Hadith (sayings and actions of the Prophet Muhammad), a plethora of digital information has been provided by various parties. Such data, commonly found in various applications, is typically accessed from prepared databases. But the majority of the applications are in other languages. Few Hadith-related applications provide complete data and presentations created in the Malay language. This absence is due to various factors, including a lack of funding, human resources, expertise, and others. This study attempts to discuss the challenges faced by the i-Status Hadith group of USIM (Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia) who are attempting to build a complete Hadith database for digital data purposes. Publication A Pox Controller Module To Collect Web Traffic Statistics In SDN Environment(World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, 2016) ;Wisam H. Muragaa, ;Kamaruzzaman Seman,Mohd Fadzli MarhusinSoftware Defined Networking (SDN) is a new norm of networks. It is designed to facilitate the way of managing, measuring, debugging and controlling the network dynamically, and to make it suitable for the modern applications. Generally, measurement methods can be divided into two categories: Active and passive methods. Active measurement method is employed to inject test packets into the network in order to monitor their behaviour (ping tool as an example). Meanwhile the passive measurement method is used to monitor the traffic for the purpose of deriving measurement values. The measurement methods, both active and passive, are useful for the collection of traffic statistics, and monitoring of the network traffic. Although there has been a work focusing on measuring traffic statistics in SDN environment, it was only meant for measuring packets and bytes rates for non-web traffic. In this study, a feasible method will be designed to measure the number of packets and bytes in a certain time, and facilitate obtaining statistics for both web traffic and non-web traffic. Web traffic refers to HTTP requests that use application layer; while non-web traffic refers to ICMP and TCP requests. Thus, this work is going to be more comprehensive than previous works. With a developed module on POX OpenFlow controller, information will be collected from each active flow in the OpenFlow switch, and presented on Command Line Interface (CLI) and wireshark interface. Obviously, statistics that will be displayed on CLI and on wireshark interfaces include type of protocol, number of bytes and number of packets, among others. Besides, this module will show the number of flows added to the switch whenever traffic is generated from and to hosts in the same statistics list. In order to carry out this work effectively, our Python module will send a statistics request message to the switch requesting its current ports and flows statistics in every five seconds; while the switch will reply with the required information in a message called statistics reply message. Thus, POX controller will be notified and updated with any changes could happen in the entire network in a very short time. Therefore, our aim of this study is to prepare a list for the important statistics elements that are collected from the whole network, to be used for any further researches; particularly, those that are dealing with the detection of the network attacks that cause a sudden rise in the number of packets and bytes like Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication A POX Controller Module To Prepare A List Of Flow Header Information Extracted From SDN Traffic.(World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, 2017) ;Wisam H. Muragaa ;Kamaruzzaman SemanMohd Fadzli MarhusinSoftware Defined Networking (SDN) is a paradigm designed to facilitate the way of controlling the network dynamically and with more agility. Network traffic is a set of flows, each of which contains a set of packets. In SDN, a matching process is performed on every packet coming to the network in the SDN switch. Only the headers of the new packets will be forwarded to the SDN controller. In terminology, the flow header fields are called tuples. Basically, these tuples are 5-tuple: the source and destination IP addresses, source and destination ports, and protocol number. This flow information is used to provide an overview of the network traffic. Our module is meant to extract this 5-tuple with the packets and flows numbers and show them as a list. Therefore, this list can be used as a first step in the way of detecting the DDoS attack. Publication SQL Injection Detection using Machine Learning: A Review(USIM PRESS, 2024) ;Mohammed A M OudahMohd Fadzli MarhusinSQL injection attacks are critical security vulnerability exploitation in web applications, posing risks to data, if successfully executed, allowing attackers to gain unauthorised access to sensitive data. Due to the absence of a standardised structure, traditional signature-based detection methods face challenges in effectively detecting SQL injection attacks. To overcome this challenge, machine learning(ML)algorithms have emerged as a promising approach for detecting SQL injection attacks. This paper presents a comprehensive literature review on the utilisation of MLtechniques for SQL injection detection. The review covers various aspects, including dataset collection, feature extraction, training, and testing, with different MLalgorithms. In Islam, hadith knowledge is the second source of legislation after the Quran as a guide and reference. However, there is excessive dependence on unreliable sources in a network. I-Status Hadith Word Add-In is an application that allows users to quickly reveal hadith information, its source, original text, and status in one platform, rather than having to search for that information across multiple platforms. By using the I-Status Hadith Word Add-In, it can ease users search for hadith and display the original text with proper and understandable translations. This paper reports on a perception study among students of the Faculty of Quran and Sunnah Studies towards the use of the I-Status Hadith Word Add-In in writing their assignments. The purpose of this application built on top of Microsoft Word is to assist users in working on text editing involving hadith text and to ease the users retrieval of the source ofhadith information according to their preferred format. An evaluation of the use of the I-Status Hadith Word Add-In was conducted among 40 students. The results indicate that the students agreed on the learnability, usefulness, ease of use, functionality and effectiveness, satisfaction, and Outcome/Future Use of the application. The potential use of the I-Status Hadith Word Add-In for teaching and learning is discussed at the end of this paper
