Publication Analisis Keputusan Fatwa Tempatan Sewaktu Pandemik Covid-19 Menurut Kerangka Al-Tarakhkus Fi Al-Fatwa(USIM Press, 2021-10) ;Mohd Hapiz Mahaiyadin ;Azri BhariMohd Dasuqkhi Mohd SirajuddinPandemic Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) has had an impact on social, economic, educational, political and even religious life. Worship activities that involve the socialization of Muslims in mosques and suraus such as congregational prayers, Friday prayers, tarawih prayers, iktikaf, funeral management and funeral prayersare also subject to new norms made to keep the public safe from Covid-19 infection besides influencing some legal decisions. and fatwa. Therefore, this study aims to analyze some of the views and legal fatwas related to matters of worshipissued by the Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Muzakarah Khas Majlis Kebangsaan Bagi Hal Ehwal Ugama Islam Malaysia (MKI) and all states department of muftithat are different from the final fatwa of the Syafi’i mazhab. Guided by the method of content analysis (content analysis) that applies conceptual and semantic analysis methods, this study will discuss the validity of thesefatwas from the approach of al-tarakhkhus fi al-fatwa. This approach differs from the practice of tatabbu ’al-rukhas which is carefully warned by most usuliyyin. The results of this study show that the occurrence of fatwas of marjuh and non-strong opinion of the Syafi’i mazhab is in line with the approach of al-tarakhkhus fi al-fatwa that allowed by the scholars because it coincides with the maqasid syariah, maslahah, and convenience for Muslims. The importance of this study is expected to alleviate public concern on the decision of the fatwa decided contrary to the standard of fatwa based on the Syafi'i mazhab in Malaysia. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Evaluating the Preventive Measures Vis-a-Vis COVID-19 Pandemic Outbreak Via Siyasah Syar‘Iyyah (Islamic Public Policy)(AESS Publications, 2022) ;Mohd Hapiz Mahaiyadin ;Zakiah Samori ;Irwan Mohd Subri ;Roshaimizam SuhaimiHisyam Mohd RadziThe COVID-19 virus was discovered in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and has spread to hundreds of countries. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic in Malaysia, thousands have died which warrant multiple preventative measures to be taken. This study will analyze recent literature studies and focusing on controls in Malaysia, and worldwide. It will further examine the Islamic jurisprudential approach of previous Muslim governments. Since public interest and the common good are protected under Shariah principle, the key sources addressing this issue were reviewed in light of maqasid syariyyah and Islamic public policy approaches. It will also examine the rationale for making decisions disease outbreaks based on the Quran and Hadith of Rasulullah. The findings reveal that, using Shari'ah policies is essential to making the right decision during catastrophe crisis. Malaysia's preventative measures and enforcement policies in line with the Islamic law's mandate to combat against this fatal outbreak. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

This article used a qualitative methodology that is document analysis. Reference is made to the books of fiqh of the four schools of thought, the fatwas of institutions and the individual views of contemporary Islamic scholars. Publication Malaysian Muslim Knowledge And Compliance With The Rule Of Distancing Prayers By One Meter During The Covid-19 Pandemic(Centivens Institute of Innovative Research, 2021) ;Irwan Mohd Subri ;Hamza Abed Al-Karim Hammad ;Hasanah Abd Khafidz ;Mohd Hapiz Mahaiyadin ;Muhamad Firdaus Bin Ab Rahman ;Arieff Salleh RosmanAqeel KhanDuring the Covid-19 pandemic, this study examined the level of knowledge and compliance of Malaysian Muslims with the legal decision to distance each prayer by one meter. It is well known in Islam that praying near a congregation (jemaah) is encouraged, but Malaysia's muftis have decided to add a distance of one meter between the prayers to prevent Covid-19 from being transmitted. A questionnaire survey of 560 online respondents was conducted. The data were descriptively analysed to determine the level of knowledge and compliance with the decision. The results show that Malaysian Muslims' level of knowledge and compliance on this issue is very satisfactory. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Aims and Objectives: This study is aimed at measuring the level of Muslim knowledge in Malaysia on their acceptance of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine brought in by the Malaysian government. Methodology: The study used quantitative methodology by disseminating questionnaires to 1745 respondents online. Results and Findings: The findings showed that the level of knowledge and acceptance of the Malaysian Muslim community on this issue is at a satisfactory level. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Maknyah merupakan istilah popular di Malaysia yang merupakan satu golongan dari kategori transgender. Terdapat pelbagai aktiviti yang dijalankan oleh pihak yang ingin membantu maknyah untuk kembali kepada ajaran Islam yang sebenar. Antaranya, Kem Ibadah Maknyah yang telah dilaksanakan di Cameron Highlands anjuran Persatuan Insaf Pahang. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi urusetia yang menguruskan program tersebut terhadap maknyah yang menjadi peserta. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif iaitu melalui temu bual tidak berstruktur. Hasil kajian mendapati urusetia bagi program tersebut bersikap optimis terhadap maknyah dan mengharapkan usaha mereka ini mampu menjadi pendorong perubahan maknyah ke arah cara hidup Islam yang sebenar.
