Mindfulness has lost its ability and energy to reflect, think, and analyze the secrets of Allah's s.w.t. The mind is no longer powerful in thinking of the truth and worse is the mind of no power to seek and discover the paths that lead to the goodness, wellbeing and divine truth that can give meaningful life. Sometimes a person is wise to speak on matters of goodness and truth by submitting the arguments from the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, but he is unable to practice the knowledge he knows and even his mind becomes fearful and daring to looking for a way to utilize that known knowledge into him. God's Word s.w.t: Individuals become more ignorance and do not care to reflect and analyze the secrets of Allah’s S.W.T. They are no longer interested to think about the good and the bad things which can lead them to a more meaningful life. There are times, an individual is only able to preach well in accordance with Sunnah and Al-Quran verses, but somehow unable to practice the talk, although in the right mind, it is the exact thing to do. Halal products are fast gaining worldwide recognition as a new benchmark for safety and quality assurance. Products with halal certification are confidently accepted by consumers especially Muslims as well as those of other religions. Undoubtedly halal product industry has been an emerging industry in Malaysia and all over the world. Recognizing the new concept of halal industry presents an opportunity for manufacturers to make better strategies and innovations in producing their products toward halal certification. Today, halal products are not focused only on food but all products including pharmaceuticals. Since most of Malaysian population are Muslim, the Malaysian Standard on halal pharmaceuticals has been launched to ensure that manufacturers comply with the standard to produce them. The methodology of this study is by researching on legal, Shari�ah issues and the fatwa related to pharmaceuticals such as usage of drug, gelatine and alcohol in pharmaceutical products. Apart from that, this paper also looks into the Malaysian Standard of Halal Pharmaceutical - General Guidelines, 2010 and other policies and regulations which have been set by the government. The finding shows that there is an unresolved issue of Shari�ah for pharmaceutical products due to the different opinions of fuqaha�. However, there are also many policies and guidelines on halal pharmaceuticals in Malaysia which are good for Muslim consumers.

The COVID-19 pandemic that is still plaguing all over the world has affected the implementation of congregational prayers among Muslims. In Islam, prayers are encouraged to be performed in congregation and are rewarded by God. In fact, in Friday prayers it is obligatory for all Muslim men to perform this worship in congregation setting. The effects of the pandemic that caused people to maintain a social distancing from each other which lead to the implementation of prayers in congregation could not be carried out as usual. In fact, the implementation of Movement Control Orders (MCOS) by the government in almost all countries severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic has caused the government to pay attention to standards of procedures (SOPs) involving religious activities. This study aimed to discuss the barriers of congregational prayer and religious activities in worship’s house/mosque from the point of view of fiqh as a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus. This study used a qualitative method, namely the method of literature review and document analysis. The results showed that, although religious activities in mosques could not be carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, the worship’s house/mosques still functioned through the call to prayer. Even in Islamic countries, a proactive measure can be implemented by issuing relevant fatwas. This is because, the obstacle to performing congregational prayers in the mosque is a maslahah to save lives from the COVID-19 virus. Congregational prayers among Muslims are also can be done by performing in their respective homes.

Persoalan hukum halal tidak terhad hanya kepada persoalan makan dan minum sahaja. Bahkan hukum syarak mesti diterima pakai dalam semua aspek kehidupan termasuk di hospital. Pengurusan hospital ketika ini mematuhi peraturan am kerajaan, namun terdapat beberapa aspek didapati tidak mematuhi kehendak hukum syarak khususnya pemilihan ubat dan hubungan antara doktor dengan pesakit yang berlainan jantina. Berkaitan pemilihan ubat atau bahan farmaseutikal, terdapat keraguan sama ada ubat yang diberikan itu halal atau haram. Misalnya ubat saraf Condopril, antibiotik Gloxacilin serta penyembur anti-kulat Clotimazol yang berasal daripada khinzir. Manakala hubungan antara doktor dengan pesakit pula, tinjauan mendapati rungutan daripada pesakit wanita khususnya ketika di dewan bersalin. Mereka tidak selesa ketika urusan kelahiran dikendalikan oleh doktor lelaki. Forum di laman sesawang antara lain berbincang tentang doktor pelatih lelaki diminta oleh doktor pakar untuk meletakkan tempat membuang air kecil kepada wanita yang hampir bersalin. Perkara ini tidak wajar berlaku kerana tugas ini boleh diserahkan kepada doktor pelatih wanita atau jururawat wanita. Justeru, adalah perlu untuk dibentuk sebuah Jawatankuasa Pengawasan Syariah di hospital agar semua aktiviti di hospital yang berkaitan dengan umat Islam mematuhi kehendak syarak. Hal ini sama seperti peranan yang dimainkan oleh Jawatankuasa Pengawasan Syariah di bank-bank perdagangan di Malaysia.

Kemunculan produk amanah dalam perancangan dan pengurusan harta orang Islam dikatakan sebagai instrumen yang boleh mengatasi masalah dalam isu berkaitan harta pusaka. Mengamanahkan pihak lain untuk mengurus harta sama ada semasa hidup atau selepas kematian merupakan bentuk pengamanahan yang diamalkan oleh masyarakat Islam pada hari ini. Dalam perundangan Islam terdapat pelbagai bentuk pengamanahan sama ada disandarkan kepada keadaan sebelum atau selepas kematian. Kedua-dua situasi tersebut mempunyai konsep pengamanahan yang berbeza yang menghasilkan natijah hukum berbeza. Oleh yang demikian, kajian ini mengkaji konsep amanah yang sesuai yang boleh diaplikasikan sebagai instrumen pengurusan harta amanah orang Islam. Kajian ini berbentuk kualitatif menggunakan kaedah analisis kandungan sebagai reka bentuk kajian. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat dua konsep amanah dalam Islam yang boleh dijadikan instrumen amanah dalam perancangan dan pengurusan harta orang Islam iaitu wakÉlah dan wiÎōyah. Kedua-dua konsep ini mempunyai rukun dan syarat-syarat tertentu yang perlu dipenuhi bagi membolehkan akad berkuat kuasa. Penggubalan undang-undang berkaitan produk amanah harta orang Islam perlulah dibuat secara lebih terperinci oleh pihak yang berautoriti sebagai panduan pihak industri dalam menawarkan produk berkaitan amanah harta orang Islam.
