Theoretical Framework: Guidance and counseling are important units in the management of education in schools. The increase in disciplinary cases as well as current challenges make this unit face various approaches and changes in its implementation in primary schools as well as the most critical in secondary schools. Methodology: The methodology use is the systematic literature review which is 12 documents were review to get the specific data. Findings: The disciplinary problems that arose and occurred frequently in secondary schools in the past, have now begun to tame to prevent its spread in primary schools. Implications: The discussion in this survey paper is expected to provide an initial insight to the next researcher regarding the reality that occurs related to this service in schools. Value: With the influence of the internet in this borderless world, the attitudes of many students are shaped by various external influences that are difficult to curb. Publication Functional Motive Involvement Of Community Service Volunteers: Unishams Case Study(SPRING, 2021) ;Hadijah Johari ;Anas Suzastri Ahmad ;Mohd Norazmi Nordin ;Siti Hasliah Salleh ;Amin Al Haadi ShafieNor Adila Mohd NoorWhy are a lot of people involved in volunteer activities without any specified payment or reward? The motivation behind this human behaviour which involve themselves in volunteer activities is the six personal and social functions which are stated by the Functional Theory (Snyder, M., 2000). The Community Service Module which makes undergraduates to perform compulsory community activities is considered challenging, whether they perform the activity voluntarily or only to complete the required compulsory course of the university. An overview study was conducted to 85 students enrolled in several field of education which registered for the Community Service course in order to identify the students' involvement motive in volunteerism activity. This study also observes the volunteerism motive based on gender, soft skills after participated in a volunteerism programme as well as identifies the relationship between volunteerism motive with soft skills. Both descriptive and inference methods (t-test and Pearson correlation) were used to analyse the obtained data. The results of the study found that Value is the dominant involvement motive in volunteerism activity and there is no difference in motive based on gender. This study also found that after students participated in volunteerism activity, the students gain soft skills application through good relationship and interaction, besides learning to work effectively. Next, the Pearson correlation analysis show that there is a high relationship (r = .727) between volunteerism involvement motive with the soft skills gained among the students. In reality, the Community Service course is required as one of the compulsory modules of the University and placing the graduates produced by UniSHAMS to be on a different level when they have added value as well as having the opportunity to assist and contribute on a larger scale at the national and international level. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication The Implementations of Technology in Special Education Classrooms Based Project(Open Access & Publications, 2023) ;Mohd Norazmi Nordin ;Izzat Fadli Hamdan ;Farhanah Mohd NoorSariah AliPurpose: This qualitative study was conducted to explore the factors that influence the use of technology in special education classrooms. Theoritical Framework: Technology is evolving so fast, that we can’t afford to keep up with it. These technological developments give a new leaf to various aspects of life. Methodology: Respondents were interviewed in three separate sessions and recorded before the thematic analysis was conducted. Findings: This study shows benefit from the emergence of various gadgets that can make teaching and learning more interesting. Nevertheless, there are still teachers who are unable to use technology efficiently in the classroom, especially for special education. This condition is caused by several factors. Implications: The findings of this study are expected to provide an initial overview for subsequent researchers to conduct further studies. Value: Among those affected by this rapid development is the field of education. It can be seen that education is gradually moving according to a fresher and more exciting trend with the application of technology. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

It involves the nature of love and concern for its citizens. As we all know, the task as a special education teacher does not stop at the school, but they will continue to be a reference for parents of students at all times. Teaching special education with its diverse and unique citizens requires the good cooperation from all parties involved, especially its leaders. A leader who always facilitates his members is able to make tasks easier to complete. This qualitative study aims to explore specific aspects in the self and leadership of special education leaders related to facilitators. Interviews were conducted on 20 randomly selected special education teachers. The findings of the study reveals that, there are five characteristics that make a special education leader act as a facilitator, namely, guiding, mentoring, helping monitoring and giving directions. It is hoped that the findings of this study can provide a basic overview to the next researcher to conduct a further research.
