The study aimed to investigate the impact of the development of the Turkish political system on the management of the Palestinian issue file; and to identify the desired goals that the Justice and Development Party seeks to achieve through its support for the Palestinian file; As well as knowing the mechanisms of the Justice and Development Party in its management of the Palestinian file. To achieve the objectives of the study, the historical and descriptive approaches were applied, and the researcher applied the intentional sample to some important historical events experienced by the Palestinian cause, in which the Turkish state had a clear and supportive role for the Palestinian cause. The study tool was the objective analysis of the data where the researcher collected and analysed various sources of qualitative data from official positions, speeches of leaders, expert opinions and other documents. One of the most important results was that the development of the Turkish political system, including the Turkish foreign policy, had a positive reflection represented in the development of support in a gradual manner for the Palestinian cause, and that Turkey is working to provide support to the Palestinian cause through the political and relief development tracks, but there are restrictions and obstacles that stand in the way of the development of this aid As and qualitatively. At the same time, it maintained economic relations with Israel within a policy of separating the political track from commercial interests. The researcher concluded that Turkey seeks to support the Palestinian cause within budgets that do not harm Turkish interests.
