The sample of the study was the intentional sample identified in three sites: Sky News, Al Khaleej times and Al Ain UAE news. In addition to three electronic forums: Emirates Discussion Forum, Neqash UAE forum, Sharik UAE forum. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that political issues were on the top priority of the sites of the study sample by (70%) of the total number of topics within the three sites. In particular, international relations and the rejection of hatred and discrimination, as they are at the top of the list of priorities of the sites, with (56.30%) of the total political topics raised within the three sites. As social topics in the sites ranked third (13.6%), where it ranked first but in the priorities of the attention of the site (Gulf Newspaper) only (25%), while the site (Sky News) or (Al Ain newspaper) did not address the topic. Whereas the study proved that the topics related to the role of international relations in achieving community security and rejecting hatred and discrimination on the political side in forums ranked second by (31.33%) of all topics. Other topics are at the top of the list of priorities in the forums, accounting for (23.26%) of the total number of political topics in the three forums. Economic topics also came in at (15.7%), as the results of the study indicated that the topic that affects community security on economic aspects ranked first in the interests of the three sites with (55%) of the total economic topics. While, social topics in these sites ranked third by (13.6%), as for priorities of interest of Al Khaleej times site it was (25%), while Sky News or Al Ain UAE news did not address the topic. We find that security firmness alone is not enough to resist the rejection of hatred and discrimination, as there must be firm laws that work to repel hatred and discrimination.
