Publication The Modern Means To Invest The Waqf Funds And Spend Them On Educational Projects(The Scientific Institute for Advanced Training and Studies, 2017) ;Lukman Mukmin Hussein ;Abdul Moamen Abdul Razzaq Aloy ;Zaharuddin Bin ZakariaNajm Abdulrahman KhalafThis article aims at explaining the modern means of investing the endowment fund and the use of profits realized from it for the educational projects. As the endowment fund is purposely established in Shariʻah to serve as a source of revenue and a means of bettering the lots of the people, especially the less privileged and poor ones, which include students, investment of the fund will therefore preserve the endowment institution. Besides, the rewards of the philanthropists still continue. Also, the spending of the endowment funds on the educational projects is of paramount importance. This is because the benefits and merits of knowledge are innumerable. It is impossible to carry out religious obligations without education and knowledge. Education enhances the welfares of the people in any society. Hence, this study focuses on what is connected with endowment funds. And to be precise, it is made of three basic headings: first is endowment fund and its importance in the religion, second is the investment of the endowment funds, while the third is the expenditure of the endowment funds on the educational projects. In order to have a tangible and useful result from this work, there is need to construe everything by examining the views of the jurisprudent scholars, from the pages of literatures and research works, in respect of the concept of endowment fund and issues associated with it like its investment, means of its investment and its beneficiaries such as students - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Publication Quranic Study In The Light Of The Qur'aan And Sunnah(Malaysian Institute of Science and Development, 2014) ;Sajedah Helmy SamarahNajm Abdulrahman KhalafRegrettably, Muslims’ interest in the Qur’an has lessened. Many of them limited their focus to reading or reciting the Holy Qur’an rather than contemplating it and understanding its meanings and instructions. Others even went further than that by not complying with its commands. Due to this, Muslims weakened and missed out on the civilizing process and leadership. Allah (swt) descended the Qur’an for us to consider it with care and act accordingly. But, unfortunately, many Muslims limited their study of the Qur’an to research and working purposes. One may recite the Holy Qur’an perfectly but fails to comply with its teachings. This paper is concerned with the issue of contemplating the Holy Qur’an. It aims at expounding the concept at both lexical and technical levels. It also explores the Prophetic method to meditate on the Qur’an. It presents the advantages and fruits of meditation on the Qur’an and underlines its status in the Qur’an and the Sunnah. It analyzes, as well, the stages of meditation and the appropriate way to recite the Qur’an with contemplation and influence. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication آثار الإمام الحافظ أبي داود الطيالسي البصري والدراسات التي قامت عليه وعلى آثاره(The Scientific Institute For Advanced Training and Studies (SIATS), 2017) ;Najm Abdulrahman KhalafSajidat Helmi SamaraI have studied the works of the great Hafiz Imam, Dawud al-Tayalisi al-Basri (died in 204 H); such great reliable imam who used to report thirty thousand hadiths from memory. It was known that whenever Shu’ba’s hadith session came to an end, Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi would take his seat and report all that was told during that session from memory. I have tracked all his contributions, identified their locations in the world libraries of paper books, and reviewed the studies conductedabout them, as well as any related publications. I was keen on tracing all his books; published ones, manuscripts and even those missing works with the attempt to assimilate as much as I could. I have also intensively examined the studies that have been written about or ased on him, including annotations, appendices, classifications, categorizations, etc. This is a useful tracking study for scholars and for those who are interested in that branch of science, as it collects the scattered works of such great imam found in the enormous libraries, especially the written copies of his precious book “al-Musnad”, the manuscripts of which are found in all four corners of the world. A written copy is currently kept at Topkapı Sarayı of Ahmed III, another with İsmail Hakkı İzmirli, one at Asfia Library, one with Khoda Bakhsh, one with Rasheed Dahdah, and several other written copies are kept in the Library of Awqaf Baghdad, in addition to a copy kept at Karl Marx Blaisezeg. Photocopies of these copies are kept at Jumat Al Majid Center in Dubai, and at the Institute of Manuscripts in Cairo. There may be a number of volumes for that book in the same library, while other libraries may have several written copies of it. I have described these copies in detail; listing their numbers, the number of pages, writing year, and registration numbers, as well as any other details I could find for each version in a brief and focused way.Based on this study and the tracking research, I found out that this “Musnad” was not compiled by Abu Dawud Tilaisi himself; instead, it was compiled for him by some Huffaz (hadith scholars) from Khorasan, and this applies in particular on those hadiths reported by Younis Ibn Habib from Abu Dawud. According to Al-Hafiz al-Zahabi in his “Syer al-Nubala’,: Abu Mas'ud al-Razi compiled (Musnad Abu Dawud) for Yunus Ibn Habib”, and the same claim was supported by Ibn Hajjar who said in AlMu'ajam Al-Mofahras, no. 481: “Musnad Abu Dawud Ibn Sulayman Ibn Dawud al-Tilaisi includes a collection of hadiths reported by Yunus ibn Habib from Abu Dawud and compiled by some people from Isphahan. So we can find some narrations for Younus Ibn Habib from scholars other than Abu Dawud al-Tilaisi. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The most important of these archives have a relationship with the Holy Quran sciences such as tafsir, abrogater and abrogated, recitations, peers, countenances, cohesion, similarities, tajweed, reciter’s translations, Quran drawing, its proverbs, stories and other Quran sciences by which its utility was hindered by the ambiguous title or author. However, the professional researcher in culture and archives can notice really that Legal researches google engines assist to research the texts of many books in a specific time which helped to explore a large number of unknown archives. This standard speed in offering the search results gain a critical significance from three aspects: 1) discovering the largest possible number of unknown archives in a standard time, 2) the offer of scientific materials to deduce the problem of topics scarcity in the field of post graduate studies – Master and PhD and 3) a serious additional to the culture library. The computer technology and related search engines offer in this era a field to search in a numerous texts that weren’t accessible for the previous generations which is considered a favor of Allah on the Islamic nation from one side and on the cultural family in all specifications from the other side including the Quran science at the top. Publication سبق القرآن الكريم للعلوم والنظريات النفسية المتعلقة بالرؤى والأحلام(Scientific Institute for Advanced Training and Studies (SIATS) Publishing, 2016) ;Najm Abdulrahman KhalafAsyraf Foil Muhammad Al-AsalVisions and anything related to them are among the most honorary sciences. In Qur'an, there are seven verses. Also, in the Sunnah of the Messenger, there are almost sixty sound traditions, confirming the importance of the science of dreams and visions. In addition, the concern given to this science by the Prophets, the first of whom is Mohammed (salla Allah alaihi wa sallam), the companions' questions about it, and their interpretation in many traditions stress the care offered to dreams and visions by the Islamic Sharia even though there are many people objecting it and many others have ignorance in it. Qur'an defined the extremist limits sciences can reach. This is not confined to some sciences but to all. Among these sciences is the facts of the psychological sciences. In the Holy Qur'an, there are verses which tackle the human soul in the conditions of moderation and disorder. They offer solutions for the psychological contemporary problems long centuries before psychologists. Of these phenomena, visions and dreams have exhausted the thinking of scholars, medics and philosophers. Many theories have been made for trying to interpret these visions and dreams. They concluded that there are two types of dreams. This research will be discussing the Qur'an's precedence over other psychological sciences and theories related to visions and dreams. It includes the following: the introduction about the linguistic and idiomatical concept of vision and dream in the Qur'an; the first section about Qur'an's precedence over other psychological sciences and theories related to visions and dreams, and the denial of western psychologists' concept of the prophetic dream; the second section about the Qur'anic perspective on dreams and visions against the psychological perspective; and the conclusion about the most significant findings and recommendations. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Publication مجلة الدراسات الإسلامية والفكر للبحوث التخصصية(The Scientific Institute for Advance Training and Studies (SIATS), 2017) ;Abdullah Hamad Saeed Al Junaibi ;Adnan bin Mohammad Yusof ;Najm Abdulrahman KhalafMuhammad Mustaqeem bin Muhammad Zarif“And the heaven We have constructed with might, and verily, We are steadily expanding it.” (The Quran 51:47) This expansion of the Heaven or the universe was incomprehensible to people when the verse explained above was revealed to Muhammad more than 14 hundred years ago. It was only hundreds of years later that the facts about the expansion of the universe were discovered by scientists. In 1929, Edwin Hubble plotted redshift against relative distance and found that the redshift of distant galaxies increased as a linear function of their distance. The only explanation for this observation is that the universe was expanding. This fact has been even more highlighted by modern state-of-the-art technology after the invention of ESO’s Multi-Unit Spectroscopic Explorer (MUSE), which released 3D images of the deep, expanding universe.
