Holistic rehabilitation is a restoration concept which further expands and deepens the process. Besides aiding in the promotion of a positive attitude towards rehabilitation, it develops social competence in facing the modern world. Successful rehabilitation involves not only the utilised approach, but also programme implementation elements such as the preparation of facilities, implementation skills, implementers' attitude, the teaching process, administrative support and programme evaluation. This article is on the study which aims to develop a holistic rehabilitation model for the LGBT community. This is essential in the efforts towards LGBT rehabilitation by both governmental and non-governmental agencies. Holistic and comprehensive rehabilitation involves the integration of spiritual and physical restoration. The LGBT community is in need of help towards rehabilitation. This holistic model rehabilitation model is developed to assist those individuals who are involved in the deviant lifestyle to return to the Islamic path. In implementing the study, the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) is used. The holistic model focuses on the wholesome and comprehensive restoration which includes an integrated spiritual and physical healing for the LGBT community. The findings of the study show that there are four components in the rehabilitation model that are developed, namely the government, non-government organisations, the community and the LGBT community. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

It is clear that transgenderism is prohibited in Islam as it involves sexual orientation and social appearance. However, this lifestyle that against the normal practice of a human being has been normalised and accepted in many countries and started to gain acceptance into the Islamic community in Malaysia. This misconduct behaviour must be controlled as to ensure the sustainability of social culture in Malaysia. Hence,this research aimed to utilize prophetic psychospiritual approaches in the rehabilitation of transgender towards recovery to its nature. The method used in this research is qualitative studies on hadeeth that emphasize the spiritual aspects of a person. Researchers have found that the elements of patience, raja', khawf and religious appreciation are amongst the most important elements need to be seeded in the rehabilitation of LGBT members towards recovery to one true self.
