Publication The Educational First Field Supervisors’ Practice Of The Transformational Leadership Supervision Skills: Teachers’ Prespectives In The Sultanate Of Oman(Usuli Faqih Research Centre PLT, 2018) ;Khulood Ahmed Amur Alobaidani ;Noorhayati HashimMohammad Najib JaffarThis quantitative study is to investigate the degree of the educational supervisors’ practice of the first field to the educational supervision transformational leadership skills, from the teachers’ perspective. The problem is that the educational supervisor does not practice transformational leadership. The objectives included: the extent of the first field educational supervisors’ practice of the transformational leadership behavior, which includes four areas: ideal effect, mental arousal, inspirational motivation and individual considerations. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method, a random sample of (65) first field teachers was selected. A questionnaire of (16) paragraphs was used to measure the extent of the educational supervisors’ practice of transformational leadership, by (4) paragraphs to measure each area. For data analysis, the statistical package (SPSS) and the Pearson correlation coefficient were used to measure the interconnections of the scales and axes of the scale, and the Cronbach alpha coefficients. The findings showed that the degree of practice of the educational supervisor of supervisory leadership was (medium) with an average of (3.33) and a standard deviation of (1.311). The results of the sample responses varied between the large and middle grades. The mean ranged between (3.46) and (2.92). - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Kedudukan Taksonomi Bloom Menurut Perspektif Islam(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2018) ;Masrom, N. W. ;Hashim, M. ;Noorhayati HashimBehak, F. P.Taksonomi Bloom merupakan objektif pendidikan yang digunakan oleh pendidik untuk mengukur dan meningkatkan kemahiran berfikir aras tinggi pelajar dalam pembelajaran. Terdapat tiga domain utama yang perlu dicapai iaitu kognitif (kemahiran intelektual), afektif (kemahiran generik) dan psikomotor (kemahiran praktikal teknikal). Malahan, domain ini diklasifikasikan mengikut enam aras berbentuk piramid yang disusun dari aras rendah hingga ke aras tinggi. Ia merangkumi aras pengetahuan, pemahaman, aplikasi, analisis, sintesis dan penilaian. Sejak ia diperkenalkan oleh Benjamin Bloom pada tahun 1956, terdapat pelbagai kajian Barat yang membincangkan tentang kekuatan dan kelemahan Taksonomi Bloom. Namun, bagaimana pula kedudukan Taksonomi Bloom menurut perspektif Islam. Oleh itu, artikel ini membincangkan kritikan Barat dan pandangan Islam terhadap taksonomi Bloom. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif di mana data akan dianalisis melalui kaedah deskriptif. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat kritikan dan penambaikan dari kajian lepas yang menfokuskan taksonomi Bloom kepada empat tema: (1) susunan hierarki, (2) pengelasan struktur, (3) kegunaan dan (4) keperluan kepada taksonomi yang baru sesuai dengan arus pembelajaran abad ke 21. The purpose of the questions and answers session is to nurture constructive critical and analytical skills, progressing from a low-level to a higher-level question while encouraging deep thinking. This study investigated interrogative passages in the Qur`ān, focusing on hamzah istifhām in Surah al-Baqarah. Mereka mempertegaskan sejak daripada awal lagi bahawa kebanyakan halangan perjalanan Tasawuf adalah kerana permulaan yang silap. Mengenali hakikat hati adalah permulaan bagi perjalanan Tasawuf. Namun begitu, permulaan ini tidak dititik beratkan sehingga akhirnya hasrat untuk melahirkan individu berkeperibadian mulia tidak dapat dicapai. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti aspek pembersihan hati dalam tafsir Sufi Isharī. Kajian ini adalah berdasarkan kepada kajian teks yang menggunakan kaedah analisis kandungan (content analysis). Secara umumnya, para ahli tafsir Isharī sangat menekankan tentang pembersihan hati. Ini kerana jika ia dikuasai oleh hawa nafsu maka ia adalah hati yang rosak dan sangat sukar untuk diubati. Ia akan menatijahkan seseorang memiliki keperibadian yang buruk. Selain itu, pembersihan dan penjagaan hati memerlukan proses berterusan. Walaupun hati seseorang itu suci, ia masih boleh dirosakkan oleh hawa nafsu. Justeru, hati yang suci perlu sentiasa dijauhkan daripada hawa nafsu yang boleh mengotorkannya agar keperibadian mulia dapat dilahirkan - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Using Bronfenbrenner's ecological model on how individuals navigate complex interactions in a particular society, indigenous parents' authority and agency play important roles in navigating competing issues of indigenous learners' literacy, learning, and class. Implications on parenting practices, particularly on uplifting indigenous parents with sociocultural, learning, and literacy engagement within changing and challenging expectations of indigenous learners inside and outside their homes, are presented. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication برنامج تدريبي وفق احتياجات المشرفين الإداريين في سلطنة عمان(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2018) ;Hamad Al-Shuaili, K.Noorhayati HashimThis is a quantitative research disscusses the training needs by administrative supervisors. Open interviews with (20) administrative supervisors were conducted; confirmed the difficulties hinder the administrative supervisor work. The objective is to develop a training program for supervisors due to their needs. A questionnaire of (46) items was implemented to a sample of (70) supervisors. The statistical averages; standard deviations and relative importance of all paragraphs were extracted using the (SPSS) program. The findings revealed that (37) of the paragraphs in the questionnaire obtained an average of (3.00) or more, in the area of: (systems and regulations governing work, planning, administrative supervision strategies, professional development of school principals, preparation of training programs, Modern, community service) Which represents a training requirement for administrative supervisors and also showed differences between the responses of the study population due to the gender variable in the areas of planning and management supervision strategies for males. Publication مدى توافر المتغيرات البيئية في أهداف ومحتوى مقرر الجغرافيا للصف الثالث الإعدادي بسلطنة عمان(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2018) ;Salim Saif Ali al mamari ;Salim abu Baker ;Nurkhamimi ZainuddinNoorhayati HashimThe Sultanate of Oman has a great interest in preserving the environment, based on the strong link between geography and the environment; The problem appears in the poverty of the geographical decision of the preparatory stage in fulfilling the segnifance of the environment.After surveying the views with a sample of teachers on the course content, this study found that there is an urgent need to review the objectives and content of the geography course and enrich it with environmental subjects. The study choses to conduct this study, to discuss the availability of environmental variables in the objectives and content of the geography course. A list of (48) environmental variables was developed, which is divided into four axes: environment and environmental resources, environmental changes, environmental risks, environmental conservation, which must be reflected in the geography course at the preparatory stage. The objectives and content of this course were analyzed. The findings revealed that; the repetition of the normative bases in the objectives of the third grade was 8%. For the analysis of the course content, the normative bases for environmental changes in the content of the geography course for the third grade of the preparatory stage were presented by 12.6%.
