Publication The Relationship Between the Level of Knowledge and Appreciation of Religion with the Level of Readiness to Change Clients of Puspen Sungai Besi(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2024-08) ;Mohd Faizul Bin Mohd AyusNor Hamizah binti Ab Razak [Supervisor]Statistics released by the National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK) show a very worrying increase in addicts undergoing treatment and rehabilitation. This study aims to see the level of religious knowledge and the level of religious appreciation and the relationship between the level of religious knowledge and the level of religious appreciation and the willingness to change among drug users at PUSPEN Sg Besi, Kuala Lumpur. This study involved 140 samples involving clients at PUSPEN Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur as respondents using a simple random sampling method. The Religious Knowledge Level Questionnaire (RKLQ) and the Religious Appreciation Level Questionnaire (RALQ) use Ab Halim's questionnaire instrument. The Level of Readiness to Change Questionnaire (LRCQ) taken from Carlos C. DiClemente is the University of Rhode Island Assessment Scale (URICA) used in this study and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that the level of religious knowledge reached a high level of 92.9%., The level of religious appreciation is high which is 76.4% and the level of willingness to change also shows a high level which is 62.1%. The inference analysis of both results shows that there is no relationship and is not significant between the level of religious knowledge and the level of willingness to change (r=.132, n=140, p>.05). while the level of religious appreciation with the level of willingness to change which is (r= .007, n= 140, p > .05) also shows no relationship and is not significant. The researcher's next suggestion is to add the variables of knowledge and religious appreciation and to increase the sampling to get better results. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication The Relationship of Appreciation of Akhlak and Readiness to Change among Drug Prisioners at Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Section of Penjara Kajang.(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2024-08) ;Mohd Firdaus Bin RosliNor Hamizah binti Ab Razak [Supervisor]The statistics released by the National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK) show a very alarming increase among addicts undergoing treatment and rehabilitation. This study aims to examine the relationship of appreciation of akhlak and readiness to change among drug prisioners at Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Section of Penjara Kajang. The study involves 116 samples consisting of drug prisioners who are in phase 2 of the halaqah module in the Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Section of Penjara Kajang, Selangor. This study uses the Moral Practice Level Questionnaire (MPLQ) to measure the level of moral appreciation and the Level of Readiness to Change Questionnaire (LRCQ) to measure the level of readiness to change. The results show a low level of moral practice at 23.3%, but a high level of readiness to change at 68.1%. Correlation analysis shows no relationship and is not significant between the level of moral practice and the level of readiness to change, with r=.414**, n=116, p > 0.05. Recommendations for future researchers include adding variables of religious knowledge and understanding, as well as increasing the sample size to obtain better results.
