Media penyiaran televisyen memainkan peranan signifikan dalam menyuburkan pendekatan dakwah Islamiah di Malaysia. Perkembangan positif ini telah menyaksikan kerancakan penyiaran rancangan berkonsepkan keagamaan seiring dengan peningkatan minat penonton terhadapnya, dan kemudahan tenaga kerja yang membantu pihak berkepentingan dalam merealisasikan usaha murni ini. Hal ini telah menarik minat para pengkaji untuk menjalankan penyelidikan berhubung lapangan ini bagi penyediaan input dan data berautoriti kepada pihak yang berkepentingan. Justeru, objektif kajian ini adalah untuk untuk mengenalpasti dan mengklasifikasi literatur berkaitan rancangan keagamaan televisyen di Malaysia. Metodologi digunakan adalah berpandukan analisis bibliometrik terhadap kajian dalampelbagai bentuk seperti tesis, disertasi, latihan ilmiah, artikel jurnal, kertas prosiding, bab dalam buku dan buku. Data-data ini diperoleh menerusi carian kata kunci seperti rancangan keagamaan, drama dan filem, media penyiaran, yang dilakukan menerusi pangkalan data artikel ilmiah, perpustakaan, dan laman sesawang berhubung topik kajian. Hasil kajian menemui sejumlah 124 literatur berhubung topik kajian, melibatkan pelbagai jenis dan tema perbincangan, yang dihasilkan samada yang berbahasa melayu atau berbahasa inggeris. Dapatan kajian memberikan gambaran keperluan menjalankan penyelidikan lanjut melibatkan kajian analisis terhadap tahap autentik kandungan rancangan keagamaan, dan kajian lapangan terhadap keperluan dan kecenderungan penonton. Kajian jugadapat memberi implikasi positif kepada pihak berkepentingan dalam lapangan penyiaran keagamaan di Malaysia untuk menghasilkan rancangan keagamaan yang berdaya saing dengan konsep yang lebih menarik dan mudah difahami kandungannya.

Penyampaian ilmu berkaitan hadith di Malaysia semakin berkembang pesat dalam pemodenan dunia masa kini. Proses kemajuan ini bukan sahaja dilihat daripada aspek kandungan dan bidang ilmu yang disampaikan malah meliputi kaedah yang digunapakai seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi semasa antaranya penyebaran dakwah melalui rancangan keagamaan di televisyen. Namun, kemudahan teknologi ini harus diselarikan dengan pengaplikasian kaedah pemantauan yang berkesan, dan medium penapisan yang efektif dengan mewujudkan garis panduan yang komprehensif bagi mengelakkan implikasi penularan negatif yang timbul akibat pengabaian elemen penting yang disebutkan. Justeru, kajian ini bertujuan menjelaskan keperluan dalam penetapan kriteria utama pembinaan garis panduan tersebut yang berupaya menjadi rujukan penting bagi pihak berautoriti dalam lapangan penyiaran televisyen berkonsepkan keagamaan, dan panduan untuk mereka yang terlibat dalam lapangan kontemporari ini secara keseluruhannya. Kajian ini menggunakan teknik penyelidikan perpustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder, dan dianalalisis secara analisis kandungan. Garis panduan yang akan dibina mestilah memenuhi beberapa kriteria seperti kandungan yang menyeluruh meliputi aspek riwayah dan dirayah hadith, penggunaan terma yang eksplisit, penyertaan dalil sebagai konsep asas pembinaan item kandungan, penyenaraian contoh kesalahan yang dilakukan ketika proses penyampaian dan penerimaan hadith, penetapan golongan sasaran bagi setiap bahagian kandungan garis panduan, dan pembentukan usaha pemantauan yang lebih sistematik. Hasil kajian mendapati keperluan terhadap aris panduan ini ditekankan agar objektif utamanya ialah menghindari polemik penggunaan hujah yang rapuh dalam penyampaian maklumat seperti penghujahan dengan hadith-hadith palsu dan salah faham terhadap hadith yang disampaikan.

The dissemination of rejected hadiths among Muslims in Malaysia has been a continuous challenge ever since the Hadith books were first written in 19th century Malay Archipelago. Furthermore, the progress of current technology gave birth to new mediums of information delivery such as television networks. These networks helped in spreading the rejected hadiths through dakwah television programs, forcing the authorities to strengthen their efforts to restrain it. There are varying reasons behind this situation which, if not addressed properly, will make implementing intervention strategies difficult since the audiences observe these hadiths in their daily practice. Therefore, a comprehensive study was conducted on the hadiths disseminated through dakwah television programs broadcasted by TV Al-Hijrah, the first Islamic government television station. The objectives of this study are to evaluate the status of the hadiths that were used in the dakwah programs from the year 2015 to 2019 and to analyse the effect it has on the audiences. The study also suggests creating a guideline for interacting with hadith in broadcasting media and to make it be a better reference for related parties. The mixed-method design of this study utilized the methods of library research and surveys as well as method of observation which was used to record all rejected hadith used in ten selected dakwah television program in TV Al-Hijrah. A questionnaire was also distributed to 420 respondents to acquire information regarding their knowledge and experience with practicing the hadiths obtained through the programs. Furthermore, the document analysis method was used to review and compare relevant acts and past guidelines to produce a more comprehensive preliminary guideline. The study concluded several important findings such as the existence of 89 weak and fabricated hadith disseminated through the selected television programs, demanding an investigation into the presenters’ reliance on these hadiths to deliver their content to the audience. Furthermore, the audiences who were exposed to and practiced these hadiths demonstrated reactions that prove these hadiths have detrimental effects. This situation resulted in the creation of a comprehensive guideline and the 28 clauses involve three parties: the television station, the production team and the audiences. This guideline is important in preventing mistakes while dealing with the hadiths. In conclusion, this study hopes to assist all interested parties in lifting the quality of dakwah television programs and ensure the contents are authentic and free of impurities that could degrade its role in educating the Muslim audiences in Malaysia.

The dissemination of unauthorized hadith is an issue that has continuously plagued generations of Muslim scholars. Nowadays tremendous effort has been made to resolve this issue wisely. If failed to do so, there is a risk of distorting the purity of hadith which will in turn confuse the Muslims because the Hadith they have been referring to are a mix of sahih and weak. In response to this, many related parties in Malaysia have come forth to help tackle this issue and to ensure that the mediums used in delivering Hadith are free from dispersion of these rejected substances. Therefore, the objective of this study is to discover the efforts made by these organizations, be it government, private or Islamic, that are taking part in resolving this issue. Furthermore, this study also aims to identify the challenges faced by them so that the appropriate solutions can be taken. There are two parts of methodology used in this study. The first part is data gathering in which two methods were used: documentation and interviews as supporting data. The second part is data analysis in which the method of content analysis was used. This study proves that the organizations in Malaysia related to this matter are committed in resolving this issue, taking the effort into various fields such as law, research and studies as well as taking advantage of modern technology. These programmes are undoubtedly beneficial for the Muslims in Malaysia, providing assistance to ensure their hadith resources are not contaminated by impurities.

The dissemination of rejected hadith has been a continuous challenge since the emergence of hadith literature in the 19th century. There are several reasons behind this phenomenon which, if not treated seriously, can hinder the search for appropriate solutions because Muslims depend highly on these hadith in their daily worship. Therefore, this study is conducted to identify the cause of this phenomenon and find an appropriate solution. The methods used in this qualitative study are document analysis, supported by observations of the occurring phenomena, and the documents gathered are later analyzed using the descriptive method. This study found external and internal causes that assisted in spreading these hadith in society, pointing to two main parties as the spreaders of hadith: the preachers and the intellectuals. In addition, this study also suggests taking advantage of the enhancement of technology, like television programs and mobile applications, to educate society on hadith knowledge and the difference between accepted and rejected hadith. Finally, it is also suggested that all parties and bodies in Malaysia related to this matter should be gathered to address this issue with their best foot forward to achieve the best solutions.
