Publication Phylogenetic Analysis to Goat's Milk using MEGA X : Reflection from Quran(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2021-02-18) ;Hirzi Irsyad Hipni ;Khairina Idris ;Nurhanini Nahlul Muna Yusof ;Nurdalila A'wani Abd AzizTg Ainul Farha Tg Abdul RahmanGoat’s milk benefits humans by providing nutrients like protein, calcium, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. In the holy Quran, Goat’s milk is mentioned 5 times indicating its importance to humans and nature. Due to the study of mislabelling of dairy products globally, the authenticity and traceability of commercialised milk are often questioned among the public. In the case of goat milk products, clear and accurate labelling is recommended with respect to the geographical origin of the products and the substances used in the products. This is to make sure that the correct decisions can be made by consumers. To investigate the phylogenetic relationship in this analysis, DNA sequence data and mitochondrial nucleotide sequences of raw (self-milking) and commercialised goat milk (Capra aegagrus hircus) from each state of Malaysia were used. For the reconstruction of the phylogenetic tree, Neighbour-Joining (NJ), Maximum Parsimony (MP) and Molecular Evolution were used. Following the manufacturer's (Promega, USA) protocol description, genomic DNA was isolated using the Wizard® Genomic DNA Purification Kit. By using Clustal X, multiple sequence alignment was performed. In addition, qualitative methodology of content analysis is also carried out. The congruent findings of the trees for Capra aegagrus hircus indicate that the commercialised samples of goat's milk are considered to be authentic based on the phylogenetic tree of our study. To our knowledge, there is still no recent study on the validity of goat milk in Malaysia, and this understanding will play an important role in educating customers about the authenticity of goods. Interestingly, Islamic perspectives are also studied for the benefits of society especially Muslims, hence increasing the development of integration of Naqli and Aqli knowledge. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The IGEd curriculum model adopted core civilisational values from successful nations and past civilisations to groom the young, gifted Muslims with the Abqari personality. Using Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan and Qalb-based education approach, the main characteristics identified in the model are Rabbaniyyah, Akhlaqiyyah, Alamiyyah, Insaniyyah and Siasiyyah (RAAIS). The RAAIS model has been developed through a series of workshops involving educational experts and each element is considered vital for nurturing future Muslim scholars. This paper derived its findings from past literature review and they helped establishing the core values and principles that will be implemented in the college’s education ecosystem. The framework will guide educators and students in every aspect of the teaching and learning process—an academic culture and benchmark for everyone to build and achieve in nurturing the mind, heart and soul of becoming a Muslim scholar with Abqari personality. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Research on Ziziphus Mauritiana: Bibliometric Studies(USIM Press, 2020-05) ;Tg Ainul Farha Tg Abdul Rahman ;Khairina Idris ;Nurdalila A'wani Abd AzizNajla Qaisara SharimanZiziphus mauritiana which is from the Rhamnaceae family are reported to possess bioactive compounds, recognized for traditional use and medicinal importance. Ziziphus mauritiana is one of the herbs that contain many benefits for humans. It has been shown from the perspective of ancient medical practice as Phophet Muhammad (SAW) has been using Ziziphus mauritiana in washing his deceased daughter. Trend research on publications of Ziziphus mauritiana were studied. The study focused on content analysis, especially in the field of primary research on Ziziphus mauritiana. Referring to the results of bibliometric analysis on Ziziphus mauritiana, researchers found that the majority of previous research on Ziziphus mauritiana dominated by journal articles is 90.0%. Research on the method of analysis conducted in the previous studies found that most studies on Ziziphus mauritiana is done through scientific analysis (laboratory studies). Studies on aspects of science has been divided into nine areas. Those areas are microbiology, biomedical, biochemistry, metabolimics, environmental science, forensic, pharmacology, botanical science and molecular science. Only one field of study that focuses on the analysis of the Islamic viewpoint is Islamic Science. Thus, the efforts of research on plants and herbs in the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith through bibliometrics on Ziziphus mauritiana in the field of Islamic Studies will produce beneficial products for Malaysia as a whole and contribute significantly in the development of science.
