Publication أثر برنامج تدريسي مقترح لتفعيل قيم المواطنة العالمية ومبادئها في مناهج الفنون التشكيلية لدى طلبة الصف العاشر الأساسي في مدارس محافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عُمان(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2023-05) ;عواطف بنت سعيد بن خميس الغافري‘Awatif Binti Saaed ibn Khamis Al-GhafriThe current study aims to prepare a proposed teaching program and measure its impact on activating the values and principles of global citizenship in the fine arts curricula of 10th grade students in the North Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The study population consisted of all the students of the second cycle of basic education, numbered (59603) male and female in North Al Batinah Governorate, including (30275) male and (29328) female students. The sample was chosen by stratified random method, which consisted of (122) male and female students of 10th grade for the academic year 2019/2020, distributed over (4) schools in the North Al Batinah Governorate. To achieve the objectives, the researcher used the descriptive-analytical approach to define a list of concepts and values of global citizenship, and the Quasi- Experimental Design. The study sample consisted of two groups, first group was the experimental group that consisted of (61) male and female students who undergo the proposed teaching program in which student book and teacher guideline were used. The second group was the control group which was also consisted of (61) male and female students. The researcher also prepared a cognitive test to measure the program's cognitive outputs, and an applied test to measure the students' ability of visual expression of global citizenship values and principles. The results show that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the pre and post application of the experimental research group in the cognitive and applied tests based on the values and principles of global citizenship in favor of the post application degrees in both tests, and it was found that it was significant for the post-cognitive and applied tests. In light of these results, the study proposed a list of the values and principles of global citizenship that should be included in the fine arts curricula. The study ended with a set of recommendations, including: targeting the curricula designers of the fine arts at the Ministry of Education to build curricula that contribute to developing student's awareness about the values of global citizenship. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The study employed the descriptive survey method, by utilizing a questionnaire that consisted of two axes, namely personal efficiency, and social competence. The study sample consisted of a stratified random sample of Sohar University employees in the Sultanate of Oman for the academic year 2020/2021, with 396 male and female employees. The results of the study found that there were no statistical differences in estimating individuals’ abilities in emotional intelligence for human resources management at Sohar University in the Sultanate of Oman at the level of all dimensions of personal and social efficiency according to the gender variable, except for the dimension of positive outlook. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in estimating the level of emotional intelligence for human resources management at Sohar University in the Sultanate of Oman according to the variable years of experience. The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of individuals' abilities in emotional intelligence for human resources management at Sohar University in the Sultanate of Oman, according to the job title variable, at the level of all dimensions of personal competence and social competence. The study recommended the necessity of conducting a study comparing the results of paragraphs and estimating the capabilities in the emotional intelligence scale for human resources management at Sohar University comparing them with the results using Two-Parameter and Three-Parameter Logistic model. It also recommended codifying the current measure of emotional intelligence for human resources management for use in various institutions including educational institutions in the Sultanate of Oman. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication ممارسات القيادة المدرسية في ترسيخ ثقافة الابتكار لدى طلبة المدارس التابعة للمجلس التعليمي الأول في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2023-06) ;خلود محمد الزعابيKhulood Mohamed Al-ZaabiThis study aimed to determine the level of school leadership practices of school students affiliated with the First Educational Council in the United Arab Emirates from their point of view, and analyze the level of innovative culture practices among students of schools affiliated with the First Educational Council in the United Arab Emirates from their point of view, in addition to measure the correlation relationship between school leadership and the consolidation of a culture of innovation among students of schools affiliated to the First Educational Council in the United Arab Emirates. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study population consisted of all school principals affiliated with the First Educational Council in the United Arab Emirates, which numbered (118) principals, distributed over all schools of the First Educational Council, and due to the researcher’s inability to reach all members of the community. In the study, a random sample consisting of (71) school principals were selected as a sample. The questionnaire tool was relied upon for its suitability to the nature of this study in terms of effort and capabilities. The researcher relied on building it on theoretical literature related to the subject, and statistical methods for data processing were determined. It is expected that this study will reach several results, the most important of which is the existence of a strong positive correlation between the role of school leadership in consolidating a culture of innovation among school students affiliated with the First Educational Council in the United Arab Emirates, where the role of leadership is not limited to the school is only in the development of a forward-looking and creative vision, but it goes beyond that in achieving this vision and working to transform it into a regulatory environment. A water that stimulates innovation, thus contributing to the consolidation of a culture of innovation among students, encouraging and nurturing them.
