Therefore, they do the best of their effort to achieve the aims of those health institutions. Accordingly, this study aimed to study the direct Relationship between Islamic work ethics and employee commitment among medical staff in the public health sector in Bahrain: employee. This research was conducted through a quantitative approach. The study's sample was drawn from a random stratified sampling. The questionnaires were distributed to the 370 of medical staff doctors, nurses as well as pharmacists, a total of 273 responses were usable and used for subsequent analysis who are the sample of the study to collect for the purpose of testing the relations assumed by the researcher between the variables of the study. The researcher used the partial least square method using the Smart-PLS software to analyze data. The study's results confirmed the existence of a direct positive relationship between Islamic work ethic and the employee's commitment. The outcomes of this study would be of great attention to human resource management (HRM) , professionals and top management. As they search for ways to increase the quality of medical services, reduce the patient's complaints, and minimize medical errors by raising awareness of Islamic work ethics - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

This conceptual article will add to the knowledge of the literature by investigating the mediating role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behaviour in Malaysian Higher Education Institutions. The expected findings will provide a guideline for both policy makers and universities management. The theoretical and practical implications are also discussed. Despite the importance of psychological empowerment and work engagement, researches that investigate these concepts in Higher educational sector are very limited. The main purpose of this conceptual paper is to examine the relationship between psychological empowerment and work engagement in the context of Malaysian Higher educational sector. The study intends to review the existing literature and eventually develop the conceptual framework. Consider the factors that positively influence empowerment would be useful to identify gaps in knowledge of work engagement and the aspects of academics' work engagement that requires more investigation are described. Publication Transformational Leadership And Psychological Empowerment In Malaysian Public Universities: A Review Paper(Indian Institute for Secondary & Technical Education, 2017) ;Mohammed Abdulrab ;Abdul Rahim Zumrah ;Qais AlmaamariAli Al-TahitahThe purpose of this article paper is to review empirical research on the relationship between transformational leadership and psychological empowerment of academic staff in the Malaysian Public Universities. The study is aimed at reviewing the existing literature and specify the agenda for future research in this area. Specifically, the published English language articles that investigated the relationship between transformational leadership and psychological empowerment were retrieved from the computerized databases and a manual search. It is observed that, previous research studies have empirically and otherwise confirmed the existing relationship between transformational leadership and psychological empowerment. However, further investigation is needed on how transformational leadership influence psychological empowerment in the higher education context, especially in the Malaysian higher education context. The paper concludes with suggestions that, the leadership of the Malaysian public universities need to focus on enhancing the level of psychological empowerment among academic staff so as to promote their workplace behaviors, which, in turn, will enhance the performance and effectiveness of Malaysian public universities.
