Today, in the early days of industrial revolution, ethical leadership has become an important organization strategy and aim for achieving the organizational objective and success. The purpose of this research is to explore into the influence of ethical leadership through decision making and reinforcement practice by leader on employees’ outcomes such as organizational commitment and moral behavior. A cross sectional technique was employed to collect the primary data from 139 employees from the corporate telecommunication sector in Peninsular Malaysia who experienced the implementation and practice of ethical leadership. This study adopts the partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for the purpose of data analysis. The outcomes display that decision making acts as an important predictor to moral behavior and organizational commitment. Additionally, reinforcement acts as an important predictor for moral behavior and yet, acts as an important predictor to organizational commitment.

This research is carried out to identify the time management among internet users in the Cyber Cafe. A sample of 80 Cyber Cafe users at 'Golden Triangle' along the Jalan Rukit Bintang, Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Imbi have been chosen in this survey. Respondents have been given a set questions in gaining a data which is related to the implication of surfing the internet to the time management. SPSS 11.5 programme has been used for the purpose of processing the data. The hypotheses have been tested through Pearson Correlation Statistical Computations. The result of the research shows that there is significant difference between the time management and surfing the internet especially in WWW and chatting website.

Drug addiction cases in Malaysia are ever increasing with the majority of addicts are Malays (NADA 2017). While al-Quran explains that the prayer can restrain from illegal behaviours such as drugs abuse, little is known of how rehab centres’ clients perceive the practice of dhikr as part of their rehabilitative program. This study aims to examine clients’ perception of the practice of dhikr in ISRA (Islamic Spiritual Rehabilitation Approach) program settings. 244 Malay male respondents (61.5% single, 21-57 years-old) were randomly selected from three NADA rehabilitation centres. The practice of dhikr in this study comprised of four domains; (a) behavioural, (b) speech, (c) action, and (d) meaningfulness. Results showed that clients perceived more meaningfulness of dhikr than other domains, and that Malay drug addicts still had a high perception for the practice of dhikr. Findings showed that a higher level and understanding of dhikr practice can still be achieved by drug addicts with proper guidance and robust mechanisms. This study suggests that clients’ perception of the practice of dhikr is based on the combination of cultural, environmental and circumstantial settings.

Ethical leadership is becoming an important organizational strategy in achieving its objectives in the fourth industrial revolution era. This study aimed to explore the impact of ethical leadership practiced through decision making, two-way communication, reinforcement towards ethical climate among organizational leaders. Cross sectional technique was employed to collect primary data from 150 employees from corporate organizations within West Malaysia. Data analysis was conducted through Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings of the analysis indicated that there was a significant relationship between decision making and ethical climate, there was also significant relationship between two-way communication and ethical climate, and the connection between reinforcement and ethical climate was also found to be significant. Statistically, these outcomes confirmed that decision making, two-way communication and reinforcement practiced by leaders are the determinant factors for ethical climate in the organizations involved. Thus the findings of this study provided empirical evidence on the important elements of ethical leadership on ethical climate to enhance ethical climate in the organization.

The arts of barzanji and marhaban are among the vocal arts of the Islamic heritage. It has long been practiced by the Muslim community in particular occasions. The arts of barzanji and marhaban are actually sequential poetries about the Prophet PBUH that delivered with a distinctive melody. This practice gives good implication in appreciating the life of Prophet PBUH and are able to foster unity among the community. However, the recent development shows that both arts become sidelined from the society. This article explains about the history as well as the role of the arts of barzanji and marhaban. In order to boost the arts of barzanji and marhaban, few suggestions are given so that these arts will be continuously practiced in the society.

Kajian ini dibuat bagi mengenalpasti sejauhmana pengetahuan dan minat golongan remaja terhadap seni barzanji dan marhaban. Kajian juga turut melihat aspek hubungan antara minat dengan pengetahuan dan antara pengetahuan dan penglibatan. Kajian ini melibatkan responden seramai 328 orang pelajar tingkatan empat Sekolah Menengah Agama seluruh negeri Johor (SMKA) iaitu SMKA Maahad Muar, SMKA Segamat, SMKA Johor Jaya dan SMKA Bandar Penawar. Data yang diperolehi dari soal selidik dianalisis menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Social Sciences windowsversion 20.0 (SPSS). Hasil kajian mendapati tahap pengetahuan remaja terhadap seni barzanji dan marhaban adalah tinggi iaitu min yang dicatatkan ialah 3.93. Tahap yang sederhana didapati pada aspek minat di mana diperolehi min sebanyak 3.43. Tahap kesesuaian seni barzanji dan marhaban sebagai media dakwah pada pandangan remaja adalah berada di tahap yang tinggi berdasarkan min yang diperolehi iaitu sebanyak 4.41. Terdapat hubungan positif kuat antara minat dengan pengetahuan dan hubungan positif kuat antara pengetahuan dengan penglibatan. Ujian kolerasi menunjukkan nilai (r) 0.870 pada hubungan antara minat dengan pengetahuan dan nilai (r) 0.679 pada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan penglibatan. Memandangkan amalan ini semakin terpinggir dalam masyarakat maka dikemukakan beberapa cadangan bagi memastikan ianya terus subur dan berkembang.
