Publication Pentafsiran Imam Al-Shafi’I Berasaskan Sunnah Dalam Konteks Ayat Ayat Taharah Dalam Kitab Al-Umm(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2020-10-29) ;Muhammad Yusry Affandy Md IsaRibhan IbrahimImam al-Shafi’i merupakan antara tokoh fiqh yang terkemuka dalam dunia kesarjanaan Islam. Beliau tersenarai sebagai salah seorang mujaddid ummah lantaran sumbangan agung dalam bidang fiqh yang bersumberkan al-Quran, Sunnah, Qiyas dan Ijma’. Dalam karya utamanya al-Umm, terdapat pentafsiran al-Quran berasaskan Sunnah yang menjadi landasan perbahasan fiqh atau cabang perbahasan. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk menerangkan bentuk pentafsiran Imam al-Shafi’i yang berasaskan Sunnah terhadap ayat-ayat taharah yang menjadi permulaan kandungan kitab al-Umm. Meskipun kitab al-Umm lebih dikenali sebagai kitab induk fiqh Mazhab Shafi’i, namun ia mengandungi data tersirat mengenai pentafsiran al-Quran. Kajian ini juga menerangkan hadith-hadith penting di bawah pentafsiran ayat taharah bagi membuktikan metodologi Imam al-Shafi’i adalah amat sinonim dengan penerapan Sunnah. Kajian ini penting dalam agenda mendedahkan bahawa pentafsiran Imam al-Shafi’i berperanan melahirkan perbahasan fiqh terutama dalam bab taharah. Kajian ini mengaplikasikan kaedah kualitatif yang menerapkan kaedah pengumpulan data daripada sumber manuskrip primer dan sekunder. Seterusnya data diproses dengan kaedah deduktif dan deskriptif bagi menerangkan dasar pentafsiran Imam al-Shafi’i berasaskan Sunnah dalam konteks ayat-ayat taharah. Dapatan kajian menerangkan bahawa Kitab al-Umm mempunyai pentafsiran ayat taharah pada hampir setiap bab kecil di bawah Bab al-Taharah. Pentafsiran adalah bersifat ma’thur lantaran sumber hadith sering dijadikan bahan pencerahan terhadap nas al-Quran biarpun Imam al-Shafi’i mempunyai beberapa kaedah lain selaku Ahli al-Ra’yi. Di samping itu, pentafsiran Imam al-Shafi’i menunjukkan keilmuannya yang luas dalam lapangan al-Quran dan Sunnah. Hadith-hadith yang diutarakan terdiri daripada sanad dalam pelbagai status hadith serta disusuli ijtihad fiqh yang kemudiannya telah menjadi sebahagian dasar dalam Mazhab Shafi’i. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Perspektif Hikmah Pendidikan Atas Talian Ketika Wabak Covid-19(USIM Press, 2021) ;Ribhan IbrahimAsmah Mohd Subari @ SarmanStarting March 2020, Malaysia will implement the Movement Control Order to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. Until now, the education sector is still being pursued through online education alternatives from primary education to university. This educational initiative shows that the study of knowledge is always emphasized by the government and individuals who are educators and students. The objective of the study focused on analyzing the wisdom of education during the Covid-19 outbreak and listing positive norms based on Islamic perspectives. This study is important to provide awareness and motivation on the educational wisdom of the new norms even though studies are now non-face-to-face and fully internet-oriented. This research method applies inductive methods to obtain the facts of the course of knowledge study using the online medium. Descriptive methods are carried out to analyze and describe the wisdom from the study process. The findings of the study show that the most important wisdom is that Muslims are educated to prioritize education even in harsh situations. This is because neglecting education will have worse negative implications than the threat of existing pandemics. Besides, various methods of study began to be explored so that the goals of knowledge can be conveyed to students. This approach is following the concept of jihad of knowledge and the concept of Muslim wisdom to utilize the western system for the good of the ummah itself. The perspective of wisdom also concludes that Muslims should not make excuses to stop the main process of education but continue to dominate in line with the demands of the comprehensiveness of Islam as a religion of health, education and so on.
