Muslim communication academicians and writers had been calling for portraying Islam in drama. This call has been answered by some directors and producers who attempted to produce drama about Islam. However, these attempts are facing criticism due to misportrayal of the original characters in the drama produced. The objectives of this study are to identify the main characters of The Message and to test the authenticity of the portrayal of the characters of The Message. The main finding of the study is that the characters of The Message were misportrayed. The misportrayal took place on the psychological dimension of the characters. Some of the Muslim characters were degraded, while some non-Muslim characters were elevated. The misportrayal of the characters lies in their voice tone that shows Muslims as barbaric and hegemonic on the first hand, while on the other hand non-Muslims are portrayed as wise and logical people.

Film is a medium that depicts human activities. It visually portrays ideology and culture as well as empowers knowledge and the understanding of civilisation. The most concern is about the misrepresentation of media content, particularly concerning Islam and Muslims in films. The Message (1977, dir. Moustapha al-Akkad) is one of many made-in–Hollywood films that portray Islam and Muslims livelihood in Mecca during the revelation era of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and His migration from Mecca to Madinah. This paper intends to focus on how Islam is being represented in this film and how it portrays Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions. The main question that this paper attempts to answer is: are the actions and incidents of The Message film authentically portrayed? Identification of scenes containing actions and key incidents were done through the lens of content analysis. Based on the analysis of key incidents, findings indicate that the film supports the propaganda against Islam that Islam is a terrorist religion and Muslims are aggressors.

The study aims to identify the impact of strategic agility dimensions (planning, organization, efficiency of workers, technology) in organizational effectiveness in a sample of the working area Raysut industrial companies, namely, (Salalah for pasta, Mills Company, Salalah, Octal Petrochemicals Company, Salalah Methanol Company, Raysut Cement) in Dhofar governorate. The study population of the administrative leadership (Executive Director, General Manager, Deputy Director, Head of the Department of) five industrial companies in Dhofar governorate, totaling (118) leader, chose researcher simple random sample composed of 80 leading and distributed questionnaires to all members The study sample and recovered (65) to identify valid for statistical analysis accounted for (85.3%) of the total members of the study population. Among the most prominent results accessible: A correlation relationship is a positive and statistically significant between the elements of the strategic agility and organizational effectiveness. And the existence of a positive correlation and related statistically significant between planning and organizational effectiveness. And the existence of a positive correlation and related statistically significant between regulation and organizational effectiveness. And the existence of a positive correlation and related statistically significant between the efficiency of workers and organizational effectiveness. And the existence of a positive correlation and related statistically significant between technology and organizational effectiveness. One of the main recommendations which were accessible It must be for companies operating in Raysut Industrial Estate ensure the implementation of the strategic plan for agility in all administrative structures as well as the application of organizational effectiveness in order to continue to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. And operating in Raysut Industrial Estate companies to provide data and information to assist in the clarity of vision to the decision makers of the importance of strategic agility in the work environment base and to help take strategic decisions may constitute a change in the results of the future of the surveyed companies and their staff.

كشفت الدراسة عن أثر توفر القوة والأمانة في عقد الاستئجار. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتطرقت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الأمانة العظمي. وبينت الدراسة أن كل ما اعطاك الله من نعمة فهي أمانة، والعرض أمانة، والولد أمانة، والعمل الذي توكل به أمانة، والسر أمانة. كما أشارت إلى التأصيل الشرعي لأهمية خلقي القوة والأمانة فتولية الرجال المناصب تنبني على وجود مقومين رئيسين هما: القوة والأمانة، فمن كان أكمل في هذين الجانبين القوة والأمانة كان أولى بأن يزكى للعمل، وإذا وجد خلل في أحد هذين الجانبين أو فيهما فإنه يقدم الأمثل فالأمثل، ثم إن كان العمل مفتقراً إلى القوة أكثر من افتقاره إلى الأمانة قدم القوي، وإن كان غيره أفضل منه في الأمانة والعكس بالعكس. واستعرضت الدراسة مقومات القوي الأمين كما وضحها القرآن حيث طلب "يوسف" عليه السلام عندما حاوره ملك مصر أن يجعله على خزائن الأرض (وزيرا للتموين في ذلك الوقت)، وقد حدد الجدارات التي يتمتع بها والتي تؤهلة لهذا العمل والتي تشمل على الأمانة والعلم والتي تمثلت في القدرة على التنبؤ بالمشكلة، والتخطيط طويل المدي، والعلم بطرق التخزين، والتنظيم والرقابة، والقدرة على التعامل مع المشكلات وحلها بالطرق الابتكارية، والقدرة على جدولة وقت حل المشكلة، والمرونة في معاملة الأفراد والعمل في فريق. واختتمت الدراسة بالإشارة إلى أن انفصال ثنائية القوة والأمانة في واقع الناس اليوم جعلهم يفشلون في كثير من مشاريعهم الخاصة والعامة، فإن كثيراً من المشاريع التي تولاها أمناء ليسوا أكفاء باءت بالفشل، فلم يشفع لها أمانة القائمين. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
