Publication Effects of Employees Support on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Among Public Employees: Job Satisfaction as Mediator(Penerbit USIM, 2023) ;Umi HamidatonNor Azima AhmadThe purpose of the study is to assess the relationship between employee support, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. A cross-sectional research design is employed to gather data from employees who work in Malaysian public sector. The SmartPLS program is used to assess the quality of the measurement model and test hypotheses for the study models. The outcomes of the findings reveal four major findings; first, employees support positively related to organizational citizenship behavior. Second, employee support positively related to job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, job satisfaction acts a mediator in between employee support and organizational citizenship behavior. This finding provides essential recommendations to be used by practitioners to improve organizational policies regarding employee support to ensure a balanced socioeconomics in the organization. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

It is important that employees can count on the support of their colleagues, as this facilitates their functioning and coping with work demands, because the employee is one of the most valuable assets in an organization. Co-worker support plays an important role in the organization because an employee must cooperate and build a good teamwork with a colleague in order to achieve positive behavior among employees. Therefore, this study examines the relationship between co-worker support and employee behavior from an Islamic perspective as previous research has shown, co-worker support could have a significant impact on employee behavior in the workplace. In this study, a cross-sectional method was used. Data from 300 respondents working as government employees in Peninsular Malaysia were randomly collected and the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) was used to assess the quality of the measurement model and test the hypotheses for the study model. The results of the structural equation model confirm that co-worker support is positively related to job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This result is an important recommendation for organization to understand the nature of employees and ensure the sustainability of the company in times of global economic competition. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Penerimaan Pelajar Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) Terhadap Penggunaan Microsoft Teams Sebagai Platform Pembelajaran – Satu Tinjauan(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2020-10-15) ;Amani NawiiUmi HamidatonKajian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesediaan dan penerimaan pelajar untuk melaksanakan sesi pembelajaran atas talian dengan menfokuskan kepada penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Teams sebagai medium pembelajaran segerak. Data primer dikumpulkan menerusi kaedah pensampelan mudah dari 218 soal selidik yang telah diedarkan dalam kalangan pelajar Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa responden secara amnya bersedia dari segi kemahiran, sikap dan motivasi untuk menjayakan pembelajaran dalam talian malahan penerimaan positif pelajar terhadap platform Microsoft Teams ini akan memberi impak terhadap komitmen mereka bagi menjayakan sesi pembelajaran dalam talian pada masa akan datang.
