Kerajaan YAB Perdana Menteri Malaysia yang ke-10, Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim telah memperkenalkan idea Malaysia Madani yang bertujuan untuk mengubah Malaysia menjadi negara yang lebih makmur dan maju dengan beberapa langkah reformasi substantif yang digagaskan. Proses reformasi atau dalam istilah al-Quran “al-Iṣlāḥ” ini turut menjadi saranan Allah SWT dalam usaha membina masyarakat yang makmur. Justeru, ramai para cendekiawan Islam yang membahaskan konsep al-Iṣlāḥ sekaligus menyumbang idea kepada pembangunan masyarakat Madani. Oleh itu, kajian ini dijalankan bagi mengintegrasi idea al-Iṣlāḥ oleh Muḥammad al-Makkī al-Nāṣirī melalui karyanya “Al-Taysīr Fī Aḥādīth Al-Tafsīr” serta penerapannya dalam membangun masyarakat Madani. Al-Nāṣirī merupakan cendekiawan Islam Maghribi yang masyhur. Beliau telah menyumbang jasa dalam bidang dakwah Islam di Maghribi dan juga aktif sebagai ahli politik Maghribi sejak sebelum merdeka sehingga mereka berjaya memperolehnya. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metodologi kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis kandungan dokumen. Kerangka konsep al-Iṣlāh menurut Muḥammad al-Makkī al-Nāṣirī melalui karyanya “Al-Taysīr Fī Aḥādīth Al-Tafsīr” diintegrasikan dengan kaedah membangun masyarakat Madani yang dibahaskan oleh para sarjana yang lain. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa proses membangun masyarakat Madani perlu melibatkan faktor dalaman dan luaran. Faktor luaran atau material seperti kewangan, pembangunan dan teknologi giat diperbahaskan oleh para cendekiawan dalam membentuk masyarakat Madani. Namun al-Nāṣirī menitikberatkan faktor dalaman atau rohani seperti memohon kepada Allah SWT dengan penuh pengharapan dan rasa gerun, bertaubat kepada Allah SWT dan memperuntukkan masa yang mencukupi dalam sesuatu usaha. Usaha ini signifikan dan sangat penting dalam cita-cita membangun masyarakat Madani yang makmur dan sejahtera seiring dengan harapan yang diinginkan oleh Kerajaan Malaysia.

Al-Isti`arah (Metaphor) is one of the patterns of Arab styles that the Arabs have been using in their words since ancient times. And still this method presents itself voluntarily, innate or natural in speech or in literature. It is a method that neither the speaker nor the writer can dispense with, but rather you often find that the listener searches for this method while listening to the speaker's words. This is because in metaphor there is an artistic image, an imaginary sense brings the soul to it, and the heart tends to more of it. And this study looks for the aesthetics of this art, and reveals its artistic images. For this reason, the researcher raised this study to analyze some verses of the wise verses from Surat Al-Kahf in order to identify the rhetorical artistic portraits drawn by the metaphor. In addition to this, the highness of rhetoric is found in the Qur’an, and the student of rhetoric is indispensable in providing his knowledge and literary taste only by researching the rhetoric of the Qur’an. Perhaps these are the most important goals of writing this modest study. This study also deals with the issue of tracking speech systems (An-Nazm) in the context of Quranic verses, analyzing it, and then explaining the images and metaphors of the metaphor. The curriculum that we followed in this study is the applied analytical curriculum. We choose Surat Al-Kahf as a blessed model for application, which is a series of episodes in which the researcher learns about the rhetoric of the Qur’an and the miracle of its systems, tracing the colors of rhetoric in its three sciences.

ISESCO Educational Centre in Malaysia (ISESCO Malaysia), in collaboration with the Islamic Education Department of Ministry of Education, Malaysia, offers various annual language activities to improve the level of Arabic language usage among secondary school students in Malaysia. One of the languages activities organised by ISESCO Malaysia annually, is an Arabic Short Film Competition. It is noticeable that there are variety of Arabic language usage errors appeared in the videos presented, including those resulting from language interference effect. Some of these errors are often repeated by students, believing that it is a sound of Arabic language. This study therefore, conducted to examine the errors of language interference effect and its causes among Arabic learners in Malaysia’s secondary school. The study has followed the descriptive approach to analyse these errors. The study found that linguistic errors among Arabic students in Malaysian secondary schools resulted from language interference effect of their mother tongue; by literally translating it, following the culture and rules, as well as lack of knowledge of the rules of the language and culture of the Arabic language. This study proposed an appropriate action to solve the problems using educational approach.
