They are not aware of a prenuptialagreement that can be done to secure their rights and assets if divorce occurs. This study is done to find the awareness and acceptance level of prenuptial agreements in Malaysia. Prenuptial agreements have been the centre of a lot ofdiscussion and debate in Malaysia in recent years. Although some argue that such agreements violate the Malay tradition of joint property ownership, others consider them a relevant measure to protect against financial conflicts in the divorce scenario. Prenuptial agreements are chosen because of the increment of divorcees not getting their rights in alimony which is mandatory for the ex-husband to pay every month to help the ex-wife and their children for their monthly expenses. The minimum sample size was determined through Raosoft Calculator software. This survey included 324 respondents, and the sample was acquired using Google Forms. The findings of this study depicted that theprenuptial marriage agreement is accepted and understood by the public. (M=3.44). - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication The Contribution of Muslim-Buddhist Relation on Islamic Civilization(Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, 2022-07) ;Ahmad Faizuddin Ramli ;Jaffary AwangZaizul Ab RahmanIslamic civilization is made up of various civilizations, particularly in the Central Asian region where Buddhist and Islamic scholars from the Middle East are emerging. As a result of the interactions and relationships in the areas of science, literature, medicine and the architecture, Islamic civilization reached its peak in that era, particularly during the Abbasid period (750-1258 AD). Thus, this article discusses in detail what type of the Muslim-Buddhist relationship is, and how it contributes to Islamic civilization. The study method is qualitative by emphasizing content analysis as well as adopting a historical approach. Studies have found the intellectual activity of Muslim-Buddhist dialogue to be one of the contributing factors to the excellence of Islamic civilization, especially in the Abbasid times. Studies suggests on the exchange of knowledge and religious heritage to develop mutual understanding and tolerance among both the religious followers. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The mind is no longer powerful in thinking of the truth and worse is the mind of no power to seek and discover the paths that lead to the goodness, wellbeing and divine truth that can give meaningful life. Sometimes a person is wise to speak on matters of goodness and truth by submitting the arguments from the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, but he is unable to practice the knowledge he knows and even his mind becomes fearful and daring to looking for a way to utilize that known knowledge into him. God's Word s.w.t: Individuals become more ignorance and do not care to reflect and analyze the secrets of Allah’s S.W.T. They are no longer interested to think about the good and the bad things which can lead them to a more meaningful life. There are times, an individual is only able to preach well in accordance with Sunnah and Al-Quran verses, but somehow unable to practice the talk, although in the right mind, it is the exact thing to do. There are several mental health issues commonly known such as sleep disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, general anxiety disorder and panic disorder. However, the perception and acceptance of mental health by society is closely related based on the individual's level of understanding and knowledge about this issue. Referring to the Ministry of Health (MOH), Health Minister Dr.Zaliha Mustafa, in 2022 there is an increase on the issue regarding mental problems among children, teenagers and adults compared to 2020. Among the problems that were reported are suicidal thoughts, suicide plans, depression, anxiety and stress. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of understanding of mental health issues in the community and to determine the level of negative perception towards people with mental health issues. This study was conducted using quantitative methods through the distribution of Google Form on 338 volunteering respondents. The end results of the study show that the level of understanding regarding mental health issues is high (M=3.38) meanwhile the level of negative perception towards people with mental health issues is a low (M=1.94). - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication Promoting Peaceful Classrooms Through A Spiritual Communication Model For Islamic Schools(University, Banjarmasin. Communication should be the main medium in creating positive emotions in the classroom. Therefore, the learning communication model needs to be continuously developed so that classroom communication becomes effective and has an impact on positive changes in students' behavior. This article aims to develop an Edusufisticcommunication model to create positive emotions in Islamic educational institutions. This paper is a mix of qualitative and quantitative research. Centralized group discussion (FGD) activities, observations, direct interviews, and questionnaires were used with 27 Indonesian participants and 26 Malaysian participants. The results of this study revealed that the image of communication in the classroom is still rigid, unidirectional, resulting in communication. This leaves many emotional problems for teachers and students. Edusufisticcommunication model has been recognized by educators to be able to revitalize the practice of learning communication that has been practiced so far. Edusufisticcommunication brings positive climate and emotions in the classroom, empathic, sympathetic and loving. This study also reveals the emotional impact of the Edusufisticmodel on the peace of mind of educators and students. From the results of the quantitative data analysis, the educators' perceptions show that the implementation of the EdusufisticCommunication Model does not find many obstacles. The results of this study are expected to be a recommendation for policy makers to provide full socialization of the Edusufisticcommunication model for educators at different levels. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
