The study aimed to determine the impact of management leadership on government excellence using the administrative governance of the Department of Transport Municipalities of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The study highlights the importance of highlighting the impact of management leadership on government excellence using the administrative governance of the Department of Municipalities of Transport in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates The study also used the theoretical framework of management leadership, government excellence and administrative governance of the Department of Municipalities and Transport of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, The study also highlighted administrative governance as an intermediary variable in the relationship between management leadership and government excellence in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The study used the quantitative approach to describe and analyze the impact of management leadership on government excellence using the administrative governance of the Department of Transport Municipalities of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The SPSS 29 Statistical Packaging Program and Smart Plus 4th Edition were used to identify track analysis and explore the impact of the intermediate variable in the relationship between the independent variable and the variable. The sample study was 351 using caste sampling and was based on the theory of government excellence and administrative governance. The study found several findings, including that there is a total mediation relationship for administrative governance in the relationship between administrative leadership and government excellence in the Department of Municipalities and Transport of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates The results revealed that there is a statistically significant relationship to management leadership over government excellence in the Department of Municipalities and Transport of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, The results also revealed that there is an indirect statistical relationship to administrative governance in the relationship between administrative leadership and government excellence in the Department of Municipalities and Transport of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. The study recommended the need to develop staff regulations, highlight administrative flexibility and provide an opportunity for administrative creativity in the United Arab Emirates' government institutions. As well as maintaining the level of government excellence in government institutions by using the technological levels applied in the UAE
