Abstract
Learners often find it difficult to study and understand Arabic due to the complicated grammar rules and complex morphology. These challenges limit their ability to acquire a strong foundation in Arabic language skills, such as vocabulary, reading, and communication. Therefore, this study proposes a web-based application as an Arabic morphological analyzers (iWAZAN). iWAZAN is a user-friendly web-based morphological analyzer that enriches the acquisition of nouns by analysing nouns for Arabic language learners and teachers. The iWAZAN tool effectively identifies word roots and patterns by incorporating Natural Language Processing techniques and employing the Prototyping Model. The User Performance Testing involved pre- and post-tests comprising 15 participants randomly from high school students and higher education to assess and measure the efficacy of the iWAZAN tool. The result demonstrates improved test results, as the mean scores increased from 68% before employing the tool to 91.13%. This finding shows that iWAZAN is capable to support and improve the Arabic learning outcomes of learners from diverse educational backgrounds.
