| dc.description.abstract | The COVID-19 outbreak since late 2019 has catastrophically impacted humanity; physically and mentally. Some sectors like social, economy, politic, and education are also affected, whereas economy is the worst, that are faced by Malaysia and others. Malaysia had faced some economy crisis before: the 1997 Asian financial crisis, global economic slowdown after the 9/11 tragedy, and global economy crisis in 2008. However, the crisis by Corona virus is indeed the worst. The economy crisis have made people lost their job, and families lost their source of income. When the patriarchs are in tough situation, what solutions are offered by Islamic fiqh?
