Abstract
The study aimed to determine the level of perceptions of those working in
crisis and disaster management at the Ministry of Interior (Abu Dhabi)
about training development, and applications of artificial intelligence, and
to study the direct impact of each of them on predicting security crises, and
also to study the indirect impact of artificial intelligence as an intermediary
variable in the relationship between training and Developing and predicting
security crises. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method as a
basic approach to the study. The study tool was designed; the questionnaire
was formulated in (3) axes, (8) dimensions, and (60) phrases, and the study
population reached (118) regular terms in work in crisis and disaster
management at the Ministry of Interior (Abu Dhabi), which deals with
security crises in a manner Direct and indirect. The data was processed
using modern statistical methods, by employing the use of statistical
packages (SPSS) and (SmartPLS).
The study reached several results, the most important of which were: that
training and development are essential processes for great effectiveness in
forecasting through artificial intelligence and combating security crises,
and that artificial intelligence is an offensive, preventive, and predictive
strategy in managing security crises, and making decisions based on
Artificial intelligence often leads to positive decisions in confronting
security crises and solving problems, as the results showed that there is a
positive direct effect with statistical significance between training and
development and its dimensions and security crises, as well as a positive
direct effect with statistical significance between training and development
and its dimensions and artificial intelligence, and there was also A positive,
statistically significant direct effect between artificial intelligence and its
dimensions and security crises, and a positive indirect effect of training and
development in predicting security crises through artificial intelligence as
an intermediary variable.
While the study recommended the necessity of establishing a special crisis
management department in the Ministry of Interior (Abu Dhabi) that
monitors predictive signals before security crises occur with a scientifically
and practically qualified work team, while exercising accuracy and caution
when making security decisions, especially when dealing with security
crises, even if The results were the output of artificial intelligence.
