Legislative laws have been concerned with guiding the Muslim individual to activate the law of financial balance in spending according to the individual's earnings and income, in all matters of his daily life, and in his necessary, needful, or recreational requirements, and to set his firm controls and standards that regulate his expenses and control the financial output; to avoid material loss, to escape the exorbitant cost of living, and to be free from the accumulated, destructive and bad debts that may lead the individual to legal prosecution and throw him behind bars. This study aims to highlight the importance of activating the law of financial balance between earning and spending, to explain its role in the stability of families and society, and through that to achieve economic growth in Islamic societies and to enhance awareness of its value and status in achieving financial savings. The research gains importance by identifying the legal ways money is earned, according to legal controls and standards. The researcher followed several methods to achieve the desired goals, the most important of which are induction, deduction, and analysis.
