dc.description.abstractThis research examines the employment status of fresh graduates from the Department of Media Studies, UM. It identifies their marketability and qualities in terms of their attitute, knowledge and skills. The survey findings show that the rate of employment is high among the graduates and there is no significant difference between races and between genders. However, there are differences in other areas.en_US
