Pencapaian Maqasid Syariah Melalui Pelaksanaan Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti Berasaskan Syariah MS1900: Kajian Kes di Pusat Zakat Melak

The MS 1900 Shariah-Based Quality Management System is implemented in various sectors in Malaysia including the public service, corporate, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, higher education, Islamic administrative agencies and zakat centers. The objective of this present research is to study the achievement of Maqasid Shariah through the implementation of Shariah-Based Quality Management System MS 1900. The institution selected for this study is the Melaka Zakat Center. This study employed a qualitative approach by involving informants consisting of management and officers involved in MS 1900 implementation. The findings show that the implementation of MS 1900 has helped achieve Maqasid Shariah which is to preserve the interests of the society through the preservation of faith, life, intellect, lineage and property. The findings of this study have contributed to the development of knowledge regarding the implementation of the Shariah-based Quality Management System in assisting Maqasid Shariah achievement in Malaysia.
